For sale is my lovely 2009 US Fender (new series) Jazz bass in stunning Sunburst. It has a couple of knocks and scratched on it (nothing through the paintwork) and has a US 62 Reissue Tortoiseshell pickguard fitted to it and a Fender Thumbrest. It weighs in at less than 9lbs and is currently strung with TI Flats. It's easily the best Jazz bass I've ever played and the action is nice and low too. This is a reluctant sale as something else has captured my heart Unfortunately it doesn't come with the case or candy but I am willing to throw in a brand new Protec Contego gig bag (worth £80) for an extra £40. No trades I'm afraid unless anyone is looking to move on an 70's P Bass and will take the Jazz in P/X £600 or £640 including the Protec gigbag. SOLD PENDING to the man in a South Westerly direction

Due to a change in band personnel etc, I am selling some parts of our PA system that has been used reasonably frequently but is in tip-top condition, lightweight and easily loud enough for any pub gig and most medium sized gigs. A pair of Wharfedale 12" foldback monitors @ 300w each (one EVP-12P powered monitor and a passive EXP-12 monitor) - best price I can find for these is £420 for the pair: http://www.andertons...red-monitor.asp I'm looking for £230 for the Monitors I'm happy to meet half-way for delivery or buyer collects from Surrey

For sale is a week old Markbass amp bag designed for Littemark, LMK 250 and LMK sized heads. They are designed so the amp does not have to be removed from the bag to play (zipped access both sides). Comes with backpack style handles or a carry handle and a useful zipped pocket for leads etc. The cheapest I can find these brand new is £79 in the UK. This one is as new and for sale at £50 inc P&P. Here's a link to the show what type of bag it is http://www.gak.co.uk...-mark-bag/34658

Don't think I'm going to be able to make it tomorrow despite living only 15 minutes away! However, if anyone is interested in my Epiphone Jack Casady I have for sale, I could probably pop along for a short while for a test drive/handover -
Thanks guys. Happy again
Can anyone give me a bit of advice. I know there are some Fender historians out there. I am considering bidding for a Fender Precision bass but don't know much about it's pedigree. It's sunburst with rosewood fingerboard made in USA and it has a hard case. It's serial number (Z) dates it to Corona 2004. With American instruments now available from £800 (American Special) with the Standard Precision at £1000, I don't know where this instrument fits in. Was all this variety available in 2004? Can anyone help. Thanks, KEDO
From the brief description it sounds fine for the year

I'll put pics up ASAP but I am selling a 2008 Fender (new series) rosewood P Bass neck in superb condition that has had electric blue LED's (side only) by Martin Sims Custom shop. These have been a huge benefit for darker pubs and clubs and for singing and playing. These LED's are not to be confused with cheap stick-on LED's. They have been fitted flush to the neck with all wiring etc hidden inside the neck. A small hole would need to be drilled in the neck cavity of the body to wire up to a switch and battery, but this is relatively straightforward. The neck comes with the original lightweight Fender tuners and a Hipshot Fender branded D tuner. A new series Fender neck would cost £200+ without the tuners (in excess of £270 with) and Sims is currently charging over £440 for the LED's. I've taken in toaccount that the neck would need to be attached and wired up so am looking for £420 or trade plus cash with a new series US jazz neck plus £175. I would do it for £370 without the tuners snd string retainer. Thanks for looking
