1.
This and the White one in the for sale section have given me serious ric gas. I'm almost regretting the recent shuker buy....... Almost!
Well after gigging it tonight, I've got back the terrible pains I had in my left arm. Not very happy and exactly the problem I had before. Slim necks seem to cause massive problems for me. Not happy at the moment Rickenbacker anyone?
 2.
Are those Rickys quite weighty? I,ve never played one, but got the impression they are.
I reckon 9lbs at a push. The bodies are really thin and there's a fair amount of air under the pickguards for routing.
 3.
Yep sure am, best cabs I've had. Will arrange a meet soon, either I'll pop around or your welcome here anytime. Plan to go and see Dave over in Farnham at some point when its a bit warmer. Maybe we could both go with some basses and catch up over a coffee.
That sounds like a good idea. Dave makes great coffee
 4.
That Is Lovely! you gonna keep it long?
Well I've given up saying "this is definitely a keeper" as my track record proves otherwise
 5.
Nice cab and I know they sound amazing. If I did not have 2 x Aggy cabs I would consider this. Good luck for the sale, great cabs these.
Thanks a lot mate. Hope you're still loving the Aggys
 6. BUMP! This is on Ebay too for a considerable premium over what it's advertised on here for. I'm willing to accept Paypal on this is the buyer helps with the fees
 7. BUMP! BT8 still available. This a great bit of kit and installs without any modification whatsoever to your new series US Fender Bass.
 8. Wow! JUst found this thread again Gary. Well done, I love it!
 9. I recognise that Bass Many Happy Returns John and hope you have a great time
 10. I have recently joined a 60's/70's/80's Mod band and managed to pick up a beautiful Rickenbacker 4003 in a trade. I've ordered a Hipshot replacement bridge for it as I really don't like the standard Ric bridge but am very happy with it. It's very light, in superb condition and does the classic Foxton thing as well as the deep bassy McCartney thing too. I think I may need to get the earthing checked and insulate a bit as the single coils are quite noisy (like a Jazz bass) in certain environments but other than that, it's wonderful! Now, where's that Pick....
 11.
Pedro Pandolino is a VERY well known bass player from the Isle of Wight, famous for his work with Eric Clipton, Phil Colin, John Major... He's currently playing for legendary rock band The What. Can't believe you haven't heard of him!
The John Major Trio- that would be a sight to behold. Singing the Greys instead of the Blues I guess
 12.
Is it series 1 or 2? Cheers, Scott. http://www.scottsbasslessons.com http://www.scottdevinemusic.com
It's a Series 2. Sure I mentioned that somewhere
 13.
Yep, rubbish under-powered cab this. I'll give you £50 to take it off your hands quickly Nick
Swap it for that ratty old second-hand pink P Bass you have? I mean, who is Pedro Pandolino anyway?
 14.
They are 1000 w. Nice cabs.
Thank you. Now amended Missed a "0" there
 15. I'm a thinking of selling my Epifani UL410 Series 2 Cab (1000w @ 4ohms) plus a Silverstone full-cab cover with zip. The Cab is in excellent condition and is one of the best I've played through. Regardless of what you think about Silverstone Covers, the cover for this is superb, fully padded and zips completely round the cab for 100% protection all over. I'm looking for £560 for both and would prefer collection. Maybe willing to trade for a decent lightweight 2 x 12 with cash adjustment.

 18.
Which SKB is that? It doesn't have a case does it? Lovely bass Nick!
Thanks Tom I was going to include a Fender SKB case in the deal but as I've dropped the price considerably, I'm not so sure now. That said, if it was a deal breaker......
 19.
I don't suppose you want a kidney...
Does it come with a bottle of vintage Chianti?
 20. A bit off-topic but I've just managed to get 2 tickets for this years Lee Brilleaux Memorial Show in Canvey Island
 21. For Sale is my 2007 Fender US Vintage 62 Reissue Jazz Bass. This is already on Ebay as I completely forgot to put it on Basschat!! It weighs in at 4.2kg (or 5 Foot 9" for those of you still in imperial) and is a stunning example. It's just starting to "turn" colour in to a gorgeous yellowy white (don't you just love nitro !!) I can't find a mark on it apart from a couple of discolourations right by the nut where the bass had been hung on a wall hanger by the previous owner. It's strung with La Bella Deep Talkin flats and has just been fully serviced and set up by Trevor at Ripley Guitars for a rather painful amount of money! I've just taken ownership of a Fender Sting Reissue and the project I was intending to use this for has folded before it started sadly It doesn't come with the original case or candy (apart from the lead and hang tags). This truly is a gorgeous bass and if I could justify keeping it I would. I am looking for £900 for this beautiful bass and would rather a pick up or meet half way but I'm willing to post for cost. I am also happy to take money through Paypal if the buyer helps out with fees. I would consider a P/ex for a new Series Fender US P Bass 4 or 5 string (preferably Sunburst and rosewood) plus cash my way or a trade for a Rickenbacker 4003.
