1. Mmmmmmmm beautiful..
2. NOW WITHDRAWN PLEASE LOCK - Thank you
3. When I had one a decade or so ago I used a Marshall footswitch and it did the job well.
4. I'm amazed anyone uses his studio at all. One wrong comment and he'll lambast you on youtube.

6. Really like the tonecraft and the reddi but was also pleasantly impressed with the Markbass too. Great review.
7. Up for sale is my GB Streamliner 900 with GB fitted bag Very loud, very warm very compact and in good condition. The shoulder bag is a little tatty inside but fully functional and looks perfect from the outside. It has a few tiny scratches on the top (as if keys have been left on top of it or something) which look far worse than it really is in the photos and one mark on the front right hand corner. As with most of these the LEDs inside have a mind of their own and come on after it's been on a while. I have a genuine set of replacement LEDs which were sent to me by "agedhorse" on the TB forum but I haven't dared to operate on the amp myself. I'll obviously include the LEDs. This however does not affect the amps functionality in any way. Not looking for amp trades anymore as I just bought the amp I'm after but would consider a swap for a P bass (something with a bit of mojo preferably). Price £340 INCLUDING UK POSTAGE You're very welcome to come and try this out, I have a studio in the shed so you can give it full throttle if you want. 8. Would never use an agent for pub work. If you're a decent band you'll get plenty of work without one as long as you go about it right (good demo vids, fb page, website etc). We use an agent for function work and rarely play pubs unless we feel like playing for fun. We get a good few bookings at a good price from it and also some short notice stuff. Again, good demo videos, a slick website and the likes goes a long way but nothing beats being a decent band.
9. I'd imagine they are for sale because they hold value well so anyone who has one but wants to free up some cash can do so knowing they're likely to get a good price. I tried one once and thought it was fantastic. Sadly I didn't and still don't have the funds.
10. Three quickly recorded sound samples. All recorded from the DI in the back of my GB STM (all knobs set at 12pm no overdrive). Apologies for my playing - I had no idea what to play lol https://soundcloud.com/tom-caswell-3/sets/stingray-demo Hope that helps
11. Guitar sold provisionally but case still available for £20.
12.
Any sound clips?thanx
I'll try to record something over the weekend and put a link up.
13.
If my TC sells I may well get back to you...
No problem, it'll come back with a nice preamp!
What weight is it please ?
It's not the lightest at 10.3lbs which is 4.7kg in today's money
[sup]Sorry, second question:[/sup] [sup]Is the action high or low ? Does the neck feel like a regular Stingray or is it slimmer or chunkier[/sup] ?
I'd describe it as a medium action at the moment (2.4mm between fret and E string at 21st fret, 2.1mm at 12th fret). The neck is very much like a stingray, not as chunky as a P bass but much chunkier than a Jazz.
14. How about just adding this http://www.thomann.d...onic_rs_112.htm less than £200, perfect for smaller gigs / amdram stuff and would match the rest of your rig. If you got two you could sell your RS212 for about the same cost and you won't have lost any money.
15. Hard case for acoustic guitar. Moulded plastic type with a nice furry lining. All latches and handles in good order and other than a few little scuffs on outside its in perfect nick. Pics to follow. £20 collected from south Northants
16.
I was wondering about this the other day! Great bass. If I had the cash I'd buy it back. GLWTS
Thanks Duncan, it really is a great bass for the money. I've used it lots but I now have 8 basses here which is ludicrous and I just offered on a cab so this and a couple others are up for sale.
17. For sale is my Behringer DEQ2496 including an ECM800 RTA mic. This is an absolutely brilliant PA EQ set up. The DEQ2496 is an amazing unit for the price. It's really highly regarded on the Bill Fitzmaurice site and other PA forums. With the RTA mic you can get the DEQ to listen to your system in any room / hall etc and analyse what it hears. You can then get it to eq itself flat (or however else you want it to) in that room. It also has a really brilliant feedback eliminator. I used this with my BFM DR200s and it completely brought them to life. Once we had it in the rack we never and I mean NEVER had feedback issues and never had problems with awkward sounding venues. It's in mint condition (even still has the plastic cover on screen) and comes in original box with all manuals and power leads. Any questions just ask.
