  1. Nice. How did I not know about that. I'll definately take a look at these. *Update* thanks for this. Have just ordered a new one and picking up this afternoon. This looks like it could be what I've been looking for - tiny footprint and the ability to pick out a single, simple effect without the complications of having to overly program or get lost in the menus
  2. How do you get on with that Ripply Falls? I with someone did a simple pedal with ‘just’ chorus, delay and reverb all in a compact pedal.
  3. Sold to fellow BC'er - thanks
  4. Price drop - need to move it on
  5. I love the geometry of this - GLWTS!
  6. Final price drop before it goes on eBay or I decide to hold on to and sell later next year with my TCE K410 cabinet.
  7. Sold to fellow BC'er
  8. Ha. The post completes its circle 😂. Got it. Looks like an interesting pedal and if it’s an upgrade on the SYB-5 then it probably is worth the extra £50!
  9. *NOW SOLD* This is only a couple of months old and purchased new by me from Andertons. It's been attached to a Pedaltrain Metro and had little to no user and it's condition is mint as a result. Comes with all orignal packaging, cables and instructions. Insured postage within the UK included in this price.
  10. NOW SOLD I bought this as it was something I'd lusted after for a long time. It's so flexible in terms of range of tone as well as six digital presets of the analogue tone. This is either all on one line in or three presets for each of the two separate line ins (great if you are running two different basses - like a fretless or upright - and need tweaked tones). It's also got an FX loop which can be pre-programmed to be on or off with each pre-set. It's also got the usual XLR DI and 1/4" Output and a separate parallel out. Just coverers every possible permutation you could want of a preamp in a super-solid box. I find I don't need it now that I have a ABM600 which delivers just the most amazing, rich tones on its own. The ABM600 has DI functionality if I ever needed this as well. This is the v2 version with the Cab Sim switch. It's in reasonably good cosmetic condition with some marks as per the photos with the most notable issue being the missing battery cover. I've contacted Tech21 for a replacement and happy to supply this separately if possible. The unit itself works perfectly, delivering all the classic tones you can wish for, and all switches, buttons and lights fully operational. Something I only realised today when I was testing this was that the battery power doesn't seem to work - I'm pretty sure I was using a new battery 🤨. It wasn't a problem for me as it was powered from my pedalboard anyway. I've also a copy of the instruction manual although this can be downloaded from https://www.tech21nyc.com/archive/vtbass-deluxe/ Just shout if you have any questions.
  11. NOW SOLD In excellent, unmarked condition and perfect working order complete with PSU.
  12. My bad . . . I should probably know the specs for my amp 🙄
  13. Me too. The ST is 1,200RMS at 4ohms which presumably means that the ABM600 would be fine at 8ohms?
  14. I'd need @Lozz196 to convince me this was the way to go 😉
  15. Interesting - I guess linked to Lozz196's comment below That's definately a compromise which needs considering. I've got a TCE K410 at the moment which weighs in at 27kg which is frustratingly heavy to carry up and down stairs I'd definately prefer a longer term hold which would mean getting something capable of doing bigger venues I wonder if @BassAdder27 has the right idea with 2 x 115s as you'd probably get the overall ooomph of a 410 but in a more portable package! Either that or go the BF route . . .
  16. Just can't decide on whether to go with the RM-414 EVOII 600W or 2 x ABM115H . . . .
  17. Thanks for the comparison!
  18. Now sold!

    😍
  20. @Waddycall do you know what power the Vanderkley 210s can take? The specs suggest 1,200RMS but that doesn't seem to make sense for a 210 https://www.bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/LNT_210.html . They look solid and well designed if a wee bit pricey!
  21. I did see that but alas too far. I was down there end of September for hols too! interesting feedback vs the Vanderkley 👍🏻
  22. Can’t recommend the Fender Mustang enough. Super-compact and loads of effects if you want them. You can BT tracks to play over too. Only downside - which is a plus for me - is that you have to plug in headphones to the Mustang rather than BT them. But if you’ve got a decent paid of studio cans you can great audio quality with no latency.
  23. Will be interested to hear back. Specs suggest it’s 300RMS continuous so presumably would need 2 to get the full output from the ABM600? I do like the pop-out casters (presumably you can still stack??!) although at 17kg is perfectly manageable without.
