I'm only going on what I was advised when I bought it and the specs on the website (https://barefacedbass.com/product-range/compact.htm) but its 8ohm and 600w. I always had the OTB set at this and had cranked it up on a couple of occasions and the Barefaced didn't miss a beat

Where's the love for this baby?! This is genuinely 'like new' and a great piece of gear. I would be happy to deliver in the local Surrey / West London area and could also bring it into Waterloo / London Bridge during the week for anyone working in town. Only caveat there is that you wouldn't be able to test it obviously.

I had my Terrorbass hooked up to an Orange 1 x 12 Isobaric and I wasn't impressed. I use it with the Barefaced Compact and its brilliant. In terms of prices, when I get the time to take pictures and list mine, I will be looking for £400 for my Compact and £300 for the TB500.

I will shortly be selling my TB500 and Barefaced Compact. Fantastic combo and really gets the most out of the Amp - super clean and loud sound. Will be posting pictures and prices for both soon.

I've got the OTB 500 and originally had the SP210 with it. I didn't really find it had the volume or the depth so invested in a Barefaced compact. The combination of these two is far more impressive and very powerful. I can get the entire studio rattling on just a couple of digits on the dial. However, I have an active guitar at the moment and I don't think it is best suited to the OTB so I am thinking of selling both pieces of kit at the moment to experiment with some TC kit. I've not listed it yet but probably will do in the near future.

We do that and I get a great sound from my SR505 with Bass and Mid all the way down and the gain all the way up on the Bass Terror. Barefaced with fully functional cone. I'm still working on the bass solo bit in the middle but it's a great track.

Ibanez? I've an SR505 on order at the moment. I went to buy a Jazz Bass and just fell in love with the Ibanez. I did go back and try it again before buying so it wasn't too impulsive. :-)
