Squier finally updated their website .... G.A.S. ..... cold turkey, now i want them all.

after being stucked at customs for almost 10 days, i picked up my Groove Regulator this morning. Sound = WOOOOW, but more testing NOW .... tbc

Since there is a summer sale for the 3Leaf Groove Regulator right now (till july 13th) i just ordered one this morning .... for 179 U$ + 30 U$ shipping + x € taxes/customs. Spencer, the guy from 3Leaf, is a great guy to deal with, he is also an active poster on talkbass.com ... i have much sympathy for those small one man(?) boutique pedal producers. BUT the MXR M82 will be my second choice sometime from all the reviews i have read, heared and seen. I believe only one envelope filter on the board is never enough, each sounds very different, i love to have choices.

i´m [b]not[/b] related to 3Leaf Audio, but i want to let you know that the Groove Regulator is on "summer sale" at the moment, until july 13th it´s 179 U$ (instead of 199 U$) .... i´m going to order NOW.

i was also looking for a tube compressor and just ordered the [url="http://www.markbass.it/products.php?lingua=en&cat=6&vedi=121"]MarkBass Compressore[/url], hopefully delivered by tomorrow. It´s a HUGE pedal but got great reviews, [url="http://www.ovnilab.com/reviews/markbass.shtml"]read this[/url] and check on talkbass.com for more info.

( a ) so, that VM Jag is an active bass? can you tell from the given specs if those pickups are ok? ( b ) what about the bridge? a black BasAssII bridge would look (and also sound???) killer on that bass. ( c ) other modding ideas (hahahaha, ok - little early .... lets wait and hear the bass first)

if it´s true that their production will move to Korea then their image is completely f***ed up. but if you read this article (german) then it all makes sense ... bottom line: "slavery at Warwick" ... some of their german workers get less than 5€ paid an hour.
