1. End of 1965 actually with the arrival of the oval tuners (lollypops) on jazzes, I think they went to the clover shape about 1967 on the jazzes. The jazzes always had the most modern features and the precisions always stayed a bit behind... The trademark thing... what discreet said;)
Sorry, could you confirm exactly what you're selling please? It's not clear to me whether you're selling the original body or the repro one. Cheers Truckstop
What I'm selling is the bass as is now (with repro body) plus the original body of that bass aswell.. So the Buyer can decide to put the original body on or do whatever he pleases basically...

 24. Thanks Clarky! Yeah I'm kind of.. not really detached from this either... its a special bass... Oh did I tell it weights close to 3,5 kg Before I forget, the pickup cover on the pic... is not a cover that belongs to this bass, its from my other old P. I had bought one to make this bass complete but turned out fraud:S... Viva la EBAY right.... So no pickupcover at this time, just the bridge cover ok... Regards, Bram
 25. So...the only things I could find that are tempered with: there is an extra groundwire soldered on the pots and the aluminium foil has been removed from the back of the pickguard... originally it came with a white non original pickguard prolly had been on the bass for a while too... maybe explains why someone thought the extra grounding was needed... Anyways a lovely bass still...
