1. James (Bleat) paid promptly and was most helpful with times/address etc for delivery. A highly recommended new buyer on the forum
2. Lol! I love your 'style' James Thanks for a lovely easy transaction and enjoy the Scavenger!
3. Chris basically nailed it. I'd go as far as to say that unless it's an original 80's/very early 90's Warwick with EMGs & slim Wenge neck then it's not even worth thinking about! To my mind those old Warwicks were the only ones that EVER came close to a proper Spector... probably because they were B+ clones! Lol!
4. Bumping for the following gigs this coming weekend: October 14th - Grimsby 'Yardbirds' 15th - Sutton In Ashfield 'Diamond'
5. Completely overpriced & sensible offers have been rejected. Seller obviously clueless about value...
6. Crikey! Imagine this alongside my NV610!! Shame I'm skint....
7. Interest in any trades? I have a couple of basses I may be moving on.... Let me know on PM & I'll give you the bass info... I can come & do a swap as you're under an hour away.
8. Looking like I'm gonna have to miss this now.... or if I do make it - it will be without any gear & late in the afternoon
9. Hi Bob, I have a friend who may be interested in your 1x15. Please PM me your phone number & I'll get him to phone you. Cheers! Gary
10. Oh for some spare cash....
11.
Hi there, strangely enough I am thinking of a change from Spector to Warwick.
12. Gorgeous amp! Bargain for someone....
13. I too was at Cropredy & Guy played up a storm! Awesome grooves & lovely to see & hear Betsy get an outing
14.
This is still here?!
Not for long - I'm having it
15. Beautiful! Have a free bump! If that's a solid maple Euro 4 then this is as close to a full US NS2 as you can get.... What preamp is in it? Could be an Aguilar - check inside!
16.
Hey, thats just round the corner from me Not that I'm complaining because it'll be great to see you guys again, but given that there is a huge KISS fan base over here how come you're only playing one gig in scandanavia?
It's the only one we've been invited for at the moment - because it's a special 'Eric Carr tribute' Expo....
17. I have 3 rigs & love them all! 1) SVT3 with BBE into Mesa Diesel 2x15 2) Sansamp RBI/RPM thru Peavey 1u digital amp into Bergantino NV610 3) Old GK800rb with BBE into GenzBenz Neox212 All are aural 'p*rn'!
18. This is neither an NS2A or a 'Sting' bass. It is in fact an NS2J-AR & 83 were made in each of 3 colours - black, white & natural. These are Czech-made 'Anniversary' reissues of the twin J pick 1983 US-made NS2J basses. Sting used an early 80's US-made NS2 bass with p & j pickups.
19.
Oh you utter utter bastard! . . . . . waaanntttttttt!!!!!!
Heh heh heh
20.
Good stuff. A pretty good price, too - hope it is a good 'un. Although I have mixed feelings about this as I have now lost my dead-cert market, should I want to sell.
Yeah, sorry about that mate!
21. Got it!
22.
and a couple of axes!
Sadly my Axes are stored up north with the band gear so I can't bring them:( Sorry mate!
23.
Mate you can't black-up these days, it's racist.
Coffee = desk
24.
Excellent! So that's two of us who will turn up in ladies clothes and make up
lol! Ah, but I may come incognito Nige
