  1. I sold mine as I found it lifeless and sterile compared to my Spectors....
  2. Come on.... you know the rule.... Pics or it didn't happen
  3. To complete the ideal home set up, this is a great addition to the Waza Air....
  4. Love this thing but I'm just not getting enough use out of it to justify keeping it... The Backbeat is a wearable subwoofer that allows you to feel your bass playing and is a tremendous accompaniment to IEMs although it's also effective with your own amp - especially when you have to keep the volume down - delivering a stadium feel to proceedings. It's a great home practice add on too for quiet practice but feeling the bass! I've only used this at home and at one practice so it's basically as new.... With original box, carry case & power supply. Looking for £250 £230 posted in the UK. New ones are £399 so grab a bargain! Please see my extensive positive feedback thread for assurance of a clean, honest transaction.
  5. All good bud! Counting my pennies for some more Spector purchases
  6. That purple one 'Stormbringer' is beautiful 😍
  7. Love that purple..... *goes off to count pennies*
  8. The Haz is no longer available as a standalone purchase. Better sticking with the Tonepump or EMG BTS/BQC...
  9. I bought various Darkglass pedals looking for that cool, punchy, grinding bass tone in my head....... only to find they just made me sound like a generic metal player.... and I actually already had that cool, punchy, grinding tone in my bass/amp/pick combination....!
  10. Joe Puerta (Ambrosia) Martin Tiefensee (Lake) Del Palmer (Kate Bush) Dieter Horns (Lucifer's Friend) Richard Searle (Corduroy) Ron Anaman (Trillion) Bob Marshall (John Miles) John Anderson (Charlie) Bert Veldkamp / Theo De Jong (Kayak)
  11. Stunner! If Brexshit hadn't pulled us out of the EU I would have bought this in a heartbeat....
  12. I approached it positively.... and was willing to be contrary and find it excellent. Instead I found myself concurring with the thread title...
  13. You're right, that song was disappointing...... and terrible.....
  14. Of course it does. It was there in classical music from hundreds of years ago..... and still pops up occasionally, even though much of it is now unintentional
  15. Or is the actual person who is subject of the 'joke' offended? If not, move on...
  16. Yeah, but that Vlad Pootin bloke..... there's some serious 'toxic masculinity' there though eh?! Along with 'little man syndrome', 'closet homosexuality', 'tiny penis syndrome' and 'eyes too close together syndrome'...... *runs for cover*
  17. Yep, it's Eldon's. He wasn't happy with the 'burst'..... not dark enough at the edges...
  18. I always find it best to understand 'context' and the relationship of 'those concerned' before heading off into rant territory and being offended on one of their behalfs....
  19. I like a couple of them..... but I don't like the block inlays... or the dots on the fretless. Also the bottom of a couple of them isn't rounded enough and looks strange... Interesting ideas though....
