    I used to do this...... but now, with 60+ basses and 10+ guitards, I don't bother. With any new one I just say I've had it ages and it was in a case in the corner......

    I've been known to press the 'Post EQ' button after he's plugged it into my amp

    That's because the sound engineers at big festivals take the bass pre-EQ and just use the desk to give a straight bass sound, rather than the one you have spent time making your own..... :( To many of them "bass is bass"....

    Yep, I a/b'd the Barefaced against my Genz with a friend who reviews for a major bass magazine and we BOTH agreed that the Genz sounded better and was much better value,

    Earth, Wind & Fire last night at Bournemouth Int'l Centre. Uplifting, positive, feel-good gig. Great tunes, grooves and vocals...... and spine shivers in the build up towards the end of 'Fantasy' :)

    Agreed re: comments on David Lynch live film. What a pigs dinner he made of that.....pretty much unwatchable and distracting from the fact there was even a band behind his images....

    He came across as a complete cockwomble.... which he probably was due to the demons he was fighting. Glad to see he seems to be in a lot better place now, though such a shame it took the death of his young Son to set him on the right path..... :(

    That bass solo.... in the words of Alan Partridge.... "That's just a noise...!" I can play lots of wrong sounding notes very fast in any order I like too.....

    Yep. The Spector NS2, designed by Ned Steinberger.. Warwick have built their entire company off the back of it and Ibanez etc have taken aspects of the design to adapt into their own instruments too...

    NBD! Love this...... looks, feels, plays and sounds superb. Epiphone have surpassed themselves with the Vintage Pro Thunderbird! I'd never waste my money on a new Gibson when this is so good.....
