1. Cheap seller not wanting to pay the reserve fee I think. Sellers like this waste potential bidders/buyers time. Why not just put a BIN price on it if they're worried about it going for too little? Nothing wrong with snipes, most people use them these days, hence the last minute dash as the auction closes.
2. Love KB, probably what inspired me as a youngster to play guitar then bass. For me it was "going on holiday in the car" music as my dad was/is a fan. My band recorded a version of December Will Be Magic Again a while back (shameless plug alert ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5WyWzMy0YU
3. Changed my mind and decided to keep this after realising it's pretty much my ideal bass. Just wish it was black and maple....a girl can dream
4.
would you also sell the mustang and how much cash would you have in mind? would you send the mustang to germany, too?
Hi Droneboy, I'm not looking to sell, partly due to not having made my mind up to exactly what it is I want but also as I think I'll get a better deal on a trade. Thanks for your message though.
5. So, just a feeler at the moment as I'm fancying the idea of a trade on my MIJ Mustang. It's in immaculate condition save one tiny lacquer chip on the top of the headstock which is barely visible. I have replaced the original tort scratchplate with a custom black white black one as I think it looks better. I still have the original one though. Being a girl I do love my short scales but I'd be interested in anything with a skinny fast neck, Fender Jazz's (black and maple...drool), jaguar's obviously, just no precisions or anything that weighs a ton. 6. Ah! Can't believe I missed this , been after one of these for ages!
7. Hello BCers, we've been recording over the last couple of weeks and I'm really proud of what we've done. These two songs were recorded at our rehearsal space using Cubase. It was the first time we've recorded drums so I'm pleased with how it came out. Let me know what you think. http://soundcloud.com/thespiels/let-me-sleep-for-a-while http://soundcloud.com/thespiels/the-day-that-it-became
8. D'you ever get up Manchester/NorthWest way?
9. Nightmare trying to find a case that fits that one. Bin bag?
10. Got your PM, cheers for the heads up Martin! This is a beaut....finances coulnd't be worse as I've got a full arm tattoo the week after next but I will certainly have a think. This might end up in me selling my beloved Mustang.
11. Looking good I'd be tempted to drop a hotrail pup in there but as you said, maybe not worth spending too much on it.
12. Did you find a headstock decal?
13. Ahem..... "madam" not sir. Mustangs/bronco's appeal for their girly proportions
14. May still be available as they won't work for me as I'm a non BT customer. Nay mind. MB1. ...They can sense you dont like Duran Duran!
15. If/when you decide to move this on, put me down as interested Looks good.
16. If they're still available I'll take these! I knocked our phone off it's cradle the other day and it broke. This is spookily good timing. Is postage ok?
17. Yep, agree with MB1, that's sat on top.
18. Oh no, now that's two things of yours I want! Nice looking bass, sure it'll go quickly.
19. Last bump for this before gumtree and eBay. A bit of interest but nothing confirmed, Get it whilst it's here! Willing to deliver locally or meet.
20. Bump for price drop, £75 collected!
21. Bump- trade for a cheap back up bass
22. For sale/trade: My trusty A100 kick back amp. I've recently aquired a larger rig so this is taking up space in our rehearsal room. I've used it live and for rehearsals and recording and it's always been loud enough to cope with our drummers massive kit. Nice tones and a useful graphic equalizer for getting the right sound. The volume pot crackled when I got it year ago but this was fixed with a squirt of switch cleaner and has been spot on since. The carpet covering it a bit bobbly as you'd expect and there is a feint mark where some gaffa was applied to the top by the handle, not too noticable to be honest. £75 collected from our rehearsal room by Piccadilly in Manchester or from home in Didsbury (South Manchester). I'd rather not have to get stuff to pack this up for posting so I'll see if there's any interest on collection before offering it for delivery. Interested on trades for a cheap back up bass or or a synth Specs as follow:

15-inch aluminum cone driver
100 watts of output power
Bass, treble and 7-band graphic equalization
Line level effects loop send and return jacks
Dedicated CD/MP3 input
Headphone output
Dual-position (flat or kickback) cabinet design
Rugged construction for supreme durability
Dimensions: 558mm/22" (H) x 462mm/18.2" (W) x 407mm/16" (D)
Weight: 23kg/50.7lbs
