Hi, Out of curiousity - how does the AG500 compare to the LMII soundwise? I'm using a Aguilar GS410 with a GK 1001RbII at the mo, but both AG and the LM are still on my dream rig shopping list.... Cheers

PRICE DROP to £375, but once again open to offers if anyone wants to make one. I should point out this is a recent (2007) UK-made model, not one of the older Ashdowns, some of which were also called Klystrons. It comes with a four-way footswitch, controlling EQ on/off, compression, valve drive and sub-harmonics. All boxed and mint nick. It came direct from Ashdown in 2008 to replace a faulty ABM 500 I had, so it's all tested and good - (I've tried some Ashdowns that in my opinion have been a bit quiet, but this one's definitely a loud one!) I have a mint-condition Ashdown Classic Series Klystron 575w head. UK-built head. Barely used, still boxed, with four-way footswitch and manual. Sounds great through my Ashdown Mag 8x10 800w cab which I am also selling elsewhere on Basschat. Just too big for my needs (ie mainly small pub gigs!) PRICE DROP Ashdown Mag 8x10 for £175 anyone? The cab is currently on display at my local music shop - Music Junkie in Leicester (www.music-junkie.co.uk) - if anyone wants to try it out and give it some welly with some of the other Ashdown heads etc they've got there at the mo! Hi all, I'm selling my Ashdown Mag series 8x10 cabinet. It's 800w at 4 ohms, and is less than 18 months hold - it sounds immense but sadly it's just too big for my needs. It's in excellent condition and perfect working order as I've only used it a handful of times, but I'm downsizing so it has to go! Has all the usual 8x10 features - side and back recessed handles, wheels on the back etc for easy movement. Looking for £225 ono - they retail new for £329-£400 so it's a great cab for the money!
