1. Ordering a standard one direct from sadowsky isnt actually that expensive compared to getting a custom one made here. $50 is pretty reasonable considering they actually fit their basses properly (unlike fender replacement guards)
2. A UV70 for £900 is a bargain in any condition!! Amazing basses!!
3. Couldn't ask for a more straight forward deal! Rhythmkage is a gent and a pleasure to deal with all the best mate cheers

6. Half a step down shouldn't cause any issues at all, if it plays fine, it is fine

[s]1x Stew Mac "Jaws" fret press device! http://www.stewmac.c...Press/Jaws.html this is one very clever tool! it's very easy to use and comes with all the popular radius cauls (7.5, 9, 10, 12, 16) it gives a much more even finish than hammering frets in and doesn't mark or damage the frets like hammering can sometimes do. this setup cost over £150 before shipping and duty / VAT. Yours for £80 posted [/s]SOLD 1x loaded squire strat scratchplate! white plate with 3 original squire pickups installed. 8. Played the bass in the youtube video today! It was Absolutely stunning what was even more stunning was the price!! I cant beleive this quality is available at such a modest price! he could easily command double what he's asking and it would still be a great deal!
9. I've noticed a few people doing this now! I dont really get it?!!
10. Almost all hiss and buzz can be reduced if not eliminated by shielding and earthing all the cavities in the bass! I find conductive shielding paint to be the easiest method. Even cheap basses can be relatively noise free
11. If i were you i'd give john east a call! http://www.east-uk.com He has a vast range of preamps that will fit in your bass with minimum fuss! Most of which come almost fully pre wired and have screw terminals for the pickups so you dont have to use a soldering iron!
