hey hey hey well as you may have noticed im called chrisdabass!! its funny how all my friends actually call me dabass now!! and not coz ive asked them to (it does help that i like it tho) well here goes ive been playing bass since i was 13 so thats about 12 years or so now, my first bass was an aria pro 2 (which is now fretless) and ive had soooo many basses over the years ive almost lost count!! i might try n remember a few now....................ah i had a yamaha bbg4, a peavey forum plus, a white usa fender jazz, a status groove bass, a tanglewood acoustic, a fender usa p bass hot rod, warwick fna 4 and 5 string, a warwick thumb bolt on, warwick streamer stage 1 and 2, a warwick dolphin set neck.....my most recent basses are my 2 beautiful music man stingrays!! one of them was bought from this forum!! after years of avoiding stingrays for some unknown reason??? ive now found that i really love them!!! amp wise ive had the lot, peavey. ampeg svt classic, aguilar, trace elliot, marshall, mesa 400+, etc etc but ive now settled on the mesa big block 750 and power house 1000 road ready cab!!! truely awesome!!!! music wise im in quite a few bands with a broad range of influences, but for me slap/funk is where its at for the moment!!!! i just love it!!! i have a few basses for sale on here right now so check them out [url="http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=3660"]http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=3660[/url] right i'll shut up now lol
