Selling this as was intended to be my spare / backup. I'm not playing much these days so it needs to go. Never gigged, only ever played at home. Fitted with Pyramid Gold flatwounds and geuine honfer gold teacup knobs. Also fitted with the Hofner leather strap as used on the violin bass. Comes complete with good quality Hofner hard case and the original knobs etc. I would say this is in near perfect condition due to its light use. Will arrange additional shipping costs at buyers expense when sale is agreed. Any questions, please fire away! -
Worked this out for myself yesterday, before I saw your reply. Fairly new to programming effects, used to a stomp box that just works. Took a bit of fiddling about, it seems to track quite well but with headphones on it sounds a little artificial. Will test it with the full rig next rehearsal, my feeling is that in the band mix, it will do for a few songs. The true test will be to see how the low notes hold out... Thanks for the tip though, you were right.

Looking for help ... the band I play in downtunes 2 semitones (Drop D) for half a set. Rather than mess about changing or tuning guitars, I thought I’d try the pitch shifter on my MS-3. Tried it (following instructions) and it appears to overlay the pitch shifted note with the original note. Anyone know how to use this effect and am I either expecting too much or not doing it right 🙂

I have a new BB-1X and I'm happy with it. Overdrive is much more subtle, with plenty of headroom before it turns into a fuzz. Most importantly it's a good Pre-amp, and allows me to give a shaped, balanced feed to my PA. (Perfectly aware that there are plenty of other pedals that already do this!) I'd recommend it over the ODB-3 any day.

I have that combo, and it's awesome. Recommended! Not had the need to even consider an extension cab but can only imagine how awesome it sounds doubled up. Whoever buys this is getting a great deal. The combo alone sells for at least this new. Good luck! -
