[s]Selling yet another bass to cull down my collection. It's a 6 string bass i got from Germany off ebay, the make is infinity, theres not much I can find on them but guess they are made in china. It is black, no scratchplate, with a high mass bridge. It has 2 soap bar pick ups, the output is pretty good on them and seem to do the job. Electronics are sound everything works fine. The machine heads were absolutely terrible!!! I replaced these with wilkinson machine heads which cost me £35 alone. The neck has a surprisingly great grain of wood on it almost with that sort of firey effect, the neck is maple and the fingerboard rosewood, the headstock is black to match the body. The body has a couple of scratches, nothing down to the wood, apparently according to the ebay description the body is alder, cant guarantee that but this bass definitely weighs and is solid as anything. It has 2 truss rods that adjust fine. The only thing that needs some work is the nut, two of the slots have been cut a little too deep and rattle off the first fret, i have remedied one with a piece of paper (old school trick I know) the other wasn't as bad but could do with sorting out (couldn't get paper to stay!), i have bought a cheap replacement nut that i will include with the sale but to be honest the superglue trick would probably work fine i just haven't got round to doing it and would probably make a mess of it!! The electronics are passive, this bass would suit someone wanting to try 6 string out before purchasing something better. I'm a 4 string player at heart!! I will include a gig bag, its old but functional for postage! All in all the quality of this bass is surprisingly good! I will post pictures hopefully by saturday as the bass is currently at my girlfriends, hence the huge description!!! £80 inc postage no trades please.[/s]

Ahh found the one you saw!! Yeah its B Stock thats why its £340, its black as well, the red looks much nicer when compared to the black model, yeah I've never had a problem with its tuning seems very stable to me. It is a great bass and when I play it I love it but i just don't get the use out of it as much as someone else might.

[s]Selling my hagstrom hb8 (new model) in transparent red. Looks amazing, plays really well and has a variety of tones thanks to the rail pick ups and pick up selector knob. It is all original and only about 9 months old. It's in immaculate condition no dings at all and has never been gigged and only taken to practice a handful of times. The pictures don't show up the nice grain that you can see through the red, just worth mentioning!! i also have the original tag in the plastic pocket that came off the bass. I would ship it with a hard case, looking for £300 inc postage. Will only accept a bank transfer on this. i will also welcome cash on collection. Offers are welcome please PM![/s] WITHDRAWN!!!!

MZ8 means 2007-2008, but yeah I have one and it has a black logo so it is rather strange, my one is also MZ8 but I assume fender make and date them store them then send them out so it could still have all the new bits except an old logo best way would be to have a look at it.

Bought from a fellow bass chatter not so long ago and installed on the fretless I'm currently selling. Works great and comes with a new pick up cover, the old one with dimarzio written on it will be supplied. Would prefer the money straight into my bank but will accept paypal as a gift. Looking for £25 inc postage

Hi Guys, I'm selling one of my basses off and this came off of it, bought it brand new around 6 months ago from USA =. This really works great and is so easy to install I have one on my fretted jazz as well:), it would take a while to list everything so here is a link to the exact same one on ebay. [s]O.K I have decided to sell my Squier fretless as I have acquired yet another bass!! It has the normal wear I use roundwounds mainly on the bass and as the pictures will show this has made some scratches on the fretboard. There is also one small chip out of a fretline on the 8th fret picture should show that, does not effect the playability in anyway it is no where near the string! Everything else is pretty much as new as its been in a hardcase ever since I've owned it. The set up is good, is 3mm at the 12th fret (fine for me) but you can always adjust to your needs. It currently has a varitone imported from the states installed on it and a dimarzio ultra jazz bridge pick up as well, I am taking these off and putting the original parts back on. I will accept £140 inc postage. You can PM me with offers on the above, tradewise try me but i don't want any more basses!! PICTURES ARE SHOWN WITH DIMARZIO PICKUPS AND VARITONE I AM PUTTING THE ORIGINAL PARTS BACK IN FOR SALE! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE VARITONE OR PICKUP THEY ARE UP FOR SALE IN THE OTHER MUSICALLY RELATED SECTION. I will post in a gig bag and box.[/s] SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

Okay, had a fuzz/distortion dillema recently and ended up with 4!! It's been quite a tough decision and have now decided to keep the blogger for light fuzz and the blowtorch for anything I fancy really!! Now to the nitty gritty: [s][sup]£35 for the Boss overdrive inc postage (coupe of tiny chips)[/sup][/s] (SOLD) [s]£40 for the big muff inc postage (pretty much mint)[/s] (NOW ON HOLD) Both still have there boxes and the big muff has instructions as well. I don't really need anything but will consider trades. Pics below, nothing else is for sale!!

I noticed jim Dunlop make a fret cleaning pad, doesn't say much about what you can and can't do with it, anyone used this product?? Any other products out there?? I heard wire wool can be a bit harsh.

Bought this on here no more than 2 months ago, was a bit of GAS realised I needed a bit more control over the wah and so have a bought a proper bass wah!! paid £40 will take £35 inc postage. Will try and get some pics up but it looks good as new and comes with box, will have some velcro at the bottom though. This can be removed if need be. In terms of trade i may be tempted by a boss octave (or other sort). If paying by paypal please gift the money. Thanks

Do I go about this the normal way I would on a fretted (playing the harmonic etc) or is there a better way?
