1. Sorry I won't be posting this I'm afraid.
2. Hi no it's not sold. Pm if your interested.
3. I also owned this bass, great bit of kit, probably even better with the pup upgrades! I can also vouch for the seller!
4. If your encountering the problem when you play gigs and have to change basses midway etc, buy a gain pedal and set it up so that when you activate it all your other basses will be the same volume as your cort.
5.
Why is offering more options pointless? Seems sensible to me.
What I mean is why go to all the trouble of calling it something different why not make the black top range with choice of neck body shapes/woods etc.
6. I'm well into Fenders but the jag is the same as the squier version, the new jazz is the same as the blacktop except with a different body/neck config. Does seem kinda pointless, the tele looks alright but i wouldn't buy one. The sunburst jazz does tickle my fancy slightly.
7. Bump for this, looking to sell now. Will get pictures up ASAP!
8. Hi guys, need to offload the above. I used it solidly for about a year with a 115 cab that I've already sold and a mag 300 which is already sold, as a whole unit it sounded amazing but I've since upgraded to much lighter gear that's easier to transport. The cab is in good condition bar a dink out of the vinyl on top and the feet being slightly worn, works perfectly. I'm looking for £100 as it's only just over a year old. Collection only. I'll post pics up tomorrow night just trying to generate potential interest.
9. How does it sound though, any different really??
10. As the title really, wondering if anyone has played either of the new blacktop series. I quite like the look of both but am intrigued by the jazz bass.
11. I own nothing but squiers and fenders, what can I say they are just safe for me. I wish fender would give you a choice of neck profile though.
12. cheers for all the answers guys!! I opened the bass up last night it all looks fine but the jack contact (if thats what you call it) was looking very straight so I bent it inwards a bit, seems to have done the trick. If I have any more problems I'll straight up replace it.
13. Pm sent yday about odb3
14. Need some advice. The output jack on my bass appears to be acting up in a strange way in the sense that it's cutting off some of the high end. If i twiddle the cable (I have tried a couple now with the same problem) its seems to come come back. If i wrap the cable around through the strap (as you do ) and wedge it tight it seems to eliminate the problem. I'm assuming the best fix is a new connector but just wanted to know if it could be anything else. If the cable moves around in the socket it makes a pretty nasty crackle. Haven't hand a chance to open it up yet wonder if its a dodgy solder joint. Oh and its a fender mex precision standard.
15. Alright guys, Interested in knowing what you think of the band I'm in. There's 4 songs complete on here all the songs were recorded by us and mixed by me. The track Weren't worth the money is one of the better recordings and mixing jobs out of the 4. 16. As the title, wanna try and progress a bit more been playing for ten years do definitely not a novice. Just be good to get more advice on playing styles etc.
17. There's a guy in Kent I'm using right now, Andy Warnock. I believe his workshop is in southfleet near gravesend. If you look up the name you may find his number if not there's a music shop called dingo jacks in dartford, Kent that will put you in the right direction.
18. Absolute bargain you got there as well!!
19. Bought this but was too far from the headstock, bought one that sits lower more fender style, this is brand new just put it on to see what it looked like, has grooves cut underneath for the strings to slit into. Chrome with screw. £2 Inc postage.
20. Sold pending
21. Bought off here recently but my vt bass is all I need for now. Comes in excellent (more or less mint) and boxed will have Velcro on the bottom. £55 Inc postage.
22. Get a luthier to check it, if it happens on the same fret on every string it's likely to he a high fret, it could just need a good setup or it could be that the nut slots are too low which would cause buzzing behind the frets. If the string/s rattle when your playing an open note it's more likely to be the nut slot/s.
23. Took these out of a classic vibe squier, work perfectly fine they have all the qwik connect cables entact with screws and pots. I don't have a box or instructions but these can be easily found on the web! These are the classic series of EMG with white covers. £50 inc postage Sold pending payment.
