1. Would be lovely if I had the space and money for this. I'm starting to get partial to these older Japanese basses.
2.
Wowser - sure is Purdy!
What he said
3. Wait, what happened there...did I miss something...
4. Its about time someone picked this up! Despite already having a JD Thumb, I would still come to watch this longingly.
5.
My god, i cant unhear it, please help.... https://m.youtube.co...e&v=AcibYABRm9E
That. was. just. awesome...
6. Saw one of these on Denmark St. this afternoon. I was a bit unsure about it before today, but must admit after seeing it in the flesh it really does look like a nice bit of kit, sturdy and good size. GLWTS.
7. I would not lie that a big part of it is the nostalgia thing for me. The concert was not the best I've ever been to, but it was great fun nonetheless, especially when they played the older stuff. You know everybody feels the same way when all you can hear is the crowd singing the lyrics over the lead singer, ha.
8. Lovely colour 'and' a matching headstock...oh yeah
9. So for some unknown reason I thought about this band yesterday morning, and I mean like 2am or something. Had not listened to them in a while, did not see any advertising so no subliminal messages (I don't think?), just decided to check if they're coming London anytime. I then realise they are playing that night at O2 Brixton! That is the weirdest thing. I manage to get a ticket off of seatwave at the same price they sold for (getmein had them like twice the price). OK it was a tenner more for fees and 'ahem' eticket handling (?...what the...who handles it, the computer you need to pay extra?). Anyways, got there literally 5 minutes before they start their set. I Just reached back home. Awesome to see a band you listen to so much growing up, that first Blue album was one of the first cds I ever owned, such memories. Anyways, hope you guys get to see those bands that meant something to you at some point in time.
10. Always wanted one of these, looks wonderful too
11. That's a tempting offer if I was looking for an SG. As the last person said, GLWTS.
12.
Best BassChat advert award nominee
+1 Awesome
13. I bought an Ableton Push from Rob. Really well packed and delivered in great time. Will definitely not hesitate to deal with Rob again.
14. Wow.....that is gorgeous.
15. Just checking to see if this is still available? If so, I'll have it.
16. Bought an amazing Warwick off of Janis, my first international bass transaction on BC. He is wonderful to deal with, great comms and as stated by the last feedback post, extremely honest. If he has any more in the stables like this one, I would not hesitate to do business with him again!
17. Never been to the 'recording' section of BC in my life and came across this little gem of a thread. Who wudda thunk? Really nice resource, thanks!
18.
I am a sucker for matching headstocks and this colour is really cool too...
+1 I could _not_ resist the matching headstock and colour of my MIJ Fender. GLWTS, this is a beauty...
19.
Another wick in the fold
Congrats! I know how you feel...
20. Wow, really good price. Somebody is gonna get themselves a nice Christmas pressie..
21. Cory has enough funk for everyone! And true, anybody playing with him will bring it. If I lived anywhere near Manchester I'd be there peeps, just do it.
22. U2 on Monday. Which was a thrill for me as I never thought when I was young I would see them live being that I'm from a land far far away, that I paid cost price for the ticket only a couple days before the show (and not the rediculous 100's resellers ask for), and that I was literally right next to the stage. I was only looking at Adam Clayton's Warwicks in front of me, heh.
23. Oh no! I had no idea they were coming to England and the London gig is sold out! I just saw him with Snarky Puppy a few weeks ago and they killed it as always, such energy. And Sharay Reed on bass, how could I miss this. I wish I could go. People, buy that ticket and go.
