Top bloke, his mum was nice too (no not like [i]that[/i]). Issues with people here were blown all out of proportion at the time, by people who didn't "get" what he was trying to say.

I reckon a Stage 1 Streamer will sound just fantastic as it is.

I'd [i]love[/i] his new album, I thought "Mystery To Me" was brilliant, but it's $15 for the CD then $24 dollars postage?? No ta.

I use it because I want to. I slap on a couple of songs in the set (a rock set mainly), and it always seems to go down well with people. S&P is great when used sparingly, and not on every track. Of course it helps when you can do it as well as Mr Clayton, which I can't.

Which is a shame. I for one would like to see more of them here.

Cracking pair of basses there mate, a ray and a DJ, doesn't get much better than that.

Well I'm one of the few SD Quarterpounder fans around, and highly recommend them. I've got one in my Schecter Model T, and have had one in a MIM P bass in the past, and totally love them, power and punch in spades. Don't know about Wizards, never had one, but the ones I've heard have been brighter than the QP in basses I've tried. Andy @ Wizard will give you a custom wind though for more bottom end if you need it.

I certainly wouldn't recommend drilling holes in your cab until you know what's inside, but using sensible short screws should be fine, don't start wacking 3 inch screws in there, there's no need.

He's a wicked player, and a nice bloke too. He's one of these irritating (in a good way) people who can play loads of different instruments, and play them well.

I wouldn't mind having a go at Spirit Of Radio myself, did you pick it up just by listening to the track?

I use Ritter bags, and IMO, they're the dogs danglies. Spend as much as you can, the top end bags are worth the extra.

I have an OLP Tony Levin that have to muck around on at home. Nice bass, plays well, fit and finish a bit iffy in places, but it's a great bass with a great tone, although I have upgraded the pup and pots, so the tone bit doesn't count. Don't compare an OLP to a Stingray though, I've had both, and they're completely different in almost every way, apart from the shape. If there's an ATK to be had, and Barry44 is selling his, I'd buy that myself.

Epiphone Thunderbird springs to mind. Biggest sound I ever produced was from one. Get the goth version for your dark satanic look.

Find a good luthier/tech to do it for you first off, Paul at Arrowhead guitars, one of our own on here is a good option.

I was warned before I bought mine. The problem is the switch is buried amongst all the gubbins inside, and not easy to get at. I just don't want to wreck the thing trying to do it myself.

Superb, I'm jealous. I'd [i]love[/i] to try upright. Can't see it happening anytime soon though.
