Plus more fun from the inside edge of the hole.

You could have a screw as well, but more parts for same functionality.

Does it do loud and clean?[/quote] If they don't, something is wrong. Usually that something is an ECC83 in the phase splitter position which makes them do loud and dirty. Should be an ECC81, then it is clean, and loud. 6 EL34 is 120w with a lot of headroom.
  15. A lot of cocking around with valves, and this now all works, and isn't stupidly noisy, still quite noisy though, gonna investigate the noise reduction mods, starting with the least invasive. Working on another one now.   16. That only works for one speaker, this is all about aligning multiple speakers. Really the right way to do multiple speakers is low pass all but one, then maybe donut that, so you have the low end sensitivity of multiple speakers, and the dispersion of one.

Not like Fenders, but retaining the width requirement to fit amplifiers. Fender ha the option of making amps that fit, and chose not to.
  24. More accumulated stuff I got in trade and don't need: Gothic style matte black V shaped guitar, light wight due to the small body. Equipped with twin humbuckers and all black hardware. Tribal inlays. Basically, fully not my style. Totally serviceable instrument for someone who wants to rock on a budget. Missing the Stagg logo, probably best to fill the hole in black, but I've left it as is. £60
  25. This does surprise me with how light it is each time I pick it up. Partly due to the Peavey badge.
