    Fairly sure you can get equivalents for bass at equivalent cost.

    TU2 is easiest, although it only mutes one channel if you use both outputs. Some other tuners do it. I think the Super Hard On has two outputs also.

    You have a gain control as well as volume on that I think? Crank both, plus how hot is the signal you are hitting it with? Some basses are just quiet.

    He's offered royal mail 1st class, which won't take an item that big, so his contract thing flies out the window. He'll go to the post office and fine it will go as a parcel for about £13, which is somewhere around the reasonable charge.

    He's still trying to sell it to me, pointed out Royal mail 1st class won't take it as too big and heavy, would go parcel force for about £13. Then he messaged back, replied seems he is contractually bound to sell to someone else.

Jon.[/quote] I reckon those would attract looks, cause any bass is worth 99p, with an actual amount, which is pretty low, but more than a crappy bass is worth, more likely to be breezed over.

    It lacks some bottom, but it is happy in a blend. PM me an email address, and when guitarist has finished editing the track, I'll send you a recording of me using one on the top end of my bass.

    Find what's in it, see if they still exist and ask what is nearest equivalent, or if they have some useful specs.

    I ahve a black one of these, is a pretty nice instrument, the biggest flaw being crappy tuners, which looks to have been dealt with already.

    Probably some sort of Celestion would be trad sounding. I'd message some oldschool speaker repair places and see what they recommend.
