  1. The middle knob is much like the toggle switch on the other pedals: it’s populated with some well thought-out starting points which you can then tweak and save to one of the preset slots. However, last time I tried, those 7 bases are fully replaceable too so you can design your own starting points too. Time-based effects are only one at a time, so delay or chorus or reverb. The other stuff is mostly available together. There is something to do with the glitch section that has a minor limitation, but I forget what that is exactly. And yes, all controls are fully assignable to be whatever you want. There are two soft control sections, each of which allows a knob or footswitch (and hopefully in an update the bandwidth toggle switch too) to control up to three different parameters with customisable ranges (both in parameter values and to which portion of the knob travel it is assigned). It’s so powerful. Definitely wish the C4 had some of this ability. Hopefully an updated/revised version will bring some of this innovation in.
  2. There’s a basic but useable compressor in here. The “clean” clip I posted used it.
  3. I haven't yet tried it on keys but I'm sure it'll be great.
  4. Oh yeah, if you haven't guessed from clip 1, this is what replaced my Mutron!
  5. It does so much for bass. It's way deeper than its name suggests.

  7. Nice! Glad you managed to find one in the end. Likewise here. My first proper bass was a maple neck jazz but after that I’ve played rosewood exclusively. Recently bought a P with a maple neck and love the crispness in the attack with rounds on. Can totally see why people end up with huge collections of various permutations.
  8. I almost tagged you when I saw this but remembered you were looking for USA versions. However, this one is likely as good if not better.
  9. It is tomorrow but announcement will be on EST rather than GMT anyway. Not sure what time. I just spent a good few hours working on three variations of a single preset; there’s a whole world of exploration for end users in those alone. I’ll try and get some clips recorded in the morning so they’re ready to upload once the announcement is made. Need some sleep now as I’ve been testing most of the day.
  10. Indeed. I’ve been having a lot of fun with it today, especially now a bunch of bugs I found have been squashed. Also been tweaking my factory patch to add in some more stuff now that certain functions are working. Unfortunately it’s too late to include the additions as some descriptive literature has already been done, however, I’ll upload it to Neuro as soon as the pedal is active on there. Can’t wait to share a few clips tomorrow.
  11. Unusual to see the Japanese ones with 70s spacing. Most of the ones I’ve seen have 60s spacing, despite being a reissue of a 70s bass.
  12. Are you on the latest pedal firmware?
  13. These are very decent did the money.
  14. There’s a fair bit of change in the desktop too. I’ve not managed a huge amount of testing on Neuro 3 as I’ve been too busy testing the new pedal, which for testing purposes is running on the old Neuro.
  15. Cool! Well no, they obviously won’t add that until the release.
  16. Now in public beta: https://www.sourceaudio.net/publicbeta.html
  17. Almost; the strawberries are in a binary sequence (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32); the cherries are also in a binary sequence but obviously have some bits missing…
