  1. That, plus patch memories and an “undo” function! The looper is fun and you can overdub multiple layers. Time to program sone arpeggiated percussion and add bass etc.
  2. You can get the reissue for £3089 if you look around. But this is a much cheaper way in.
  3. Well, if I can hook this thing up to a midi keyboard it might well remove the need for me to buy the Behringer D. Had this app come out a week ago I might not have bought a Subsequent 37! It sounds cool. It could even double as way of storing representations of patches on a (preset-less) model D. Absolute bargain and loads of fun. I think I may have to buy myself a Keystep or other small controller for portable synth goodness.

  5. Moog has just launched an iOS Minimoog Model D app for an introductory £4.99. It’s well worth checking out for anyone interested in synthesis.
  6. Yes, I did wonder why they choose to do this as one generally has to make adjustments to cutoff frequency and sensitivity when switching between up and down sweeps. It would’ve been much better if Mike had chosen to make this second footswitch a toggle for the expression pedal instead, in my opinion. I’d still like to try one of these out someday.
  7. Looking forward to it, @tonyxtiger - I'd like to rent the Data Corrupter.
  8. Sounds pretty cool. How is it at tracking faster lines? I've found passive basses work much better on effects than active ones.
  9. Damn it. I’m trying hard not to buy more pedals.
  10. If this had been rosewood it’d have been mine long ago. Beautiful bass.
  11. I realised after I’d posted as I then actually read your post properly. Hope you manage to find one.
  12. Yep, I missed the first batch from Andertons. They’re due to have them back in stock next Friday.
  13. Will probably help people to find this if you add that it’s a 75 reissue. Lovely bass, I just sold my rosewood version the other day.
  14. Might be worth a try. I’ve just managed to sell two basses in a week.
  15. I was about to tag you, Duncan, in case you were looking to rectify your error
  16. @Pilchardo (Rich) just bought a bass from me. Communication was prompt, clear and friendly. He paid me a deposit last week and came to collect the bass today and paid the balance. All arrangements were made without fuss and he turned up at the agreed time and place. I’d happily trade with him again. Many thanks, hope you enjoy the bass!
  17. Sadly too wide for me. I can cope with the newest Fender Professional series but nothing wider.
  18. You don’t know how tempted I was… until I saw the black blocks. That grain is stunning.
  19. I didn’t notice any difference in feel. The taller frets allow you to bend notes by pressing down harder on the string. The neck on these new P basses is great and made me not notice that the nut is wider than I am normally able to play.
