  1. This is one I’ll probably regret but I’m not really using this. (With some careful tweaking, I can get close with my Qballs.) Absolutely classic envelope filter in excellent condition. This is Mike Beigel’s EHX version of his legendary Mu-Tron III. I had the output jack professionally replaced with a Switchcraft jack by Jon Shuker when I got it as the original wasn’t gripping properly. Comes with the original power supply and is fully functional. Add £5 for signed-for UK postage.
  2. Was just about to post about this. RichTone (https://www.richtonemusic.co.uk/) is my local shop and I can’t say enough good things about it. First and foremost, the staff are all really great people - friendly, helpful and absolutely zero sales pressure. They also really take care of their customers. One staff member managed to bend the rules slightly to make sure there was a particular pedal sent to the store from the warehouse so I could try it out. I’ve been having problems with my synth (which I originally bought from them) which has twice come back from the Moog distributor with damage after a routine calibration and they are being great in helping get it sorted out. They have a well-stocked showroom and one is free to try out stuff with no pressure. They get some pretty good used gear in too. I try to do all my purchasing there wherever possible and they will price match. I wish I’d discovered it sooner, it’s been there over twelve years but I only started shopping there a couple of years ago.
  3. Yep, it’s an incredible value pedal the OC-10.
  4. Have you tried contacting Tom at Cog directly?
  5. That’s a shame; generally the second-hand stuff is good as it only gets used for a brief period anyway. We never bought any new stuff at all and saved loads.
  6. The clavinet is doubling the bassline. It is definitely a clav.
  7. My patch is in the shared folder in the FI resource thread if you want to give it whirl.
  8. I've programmed a Future Impact patch which gets pretty close to a Clav.
  9. Clavinets didn't have a built-in phaser (in the sense of Phase 90/Small Stone) but were often used in conjuction with one. Perhaps you are thinking of the four pickup combinations, some of which had the two pickups in or out of phase.
  10. I tried this out today. Tracks like a bloodhound and sounds pretty great. Not as much gain as my Octabvre but tracks much better than it. The Octabvre has more bottom end and a plummier sound but the MXR is a really good octave pedal and I may well get one.
  11. Awesome pedal this. Don’t forget that adding the Hub gives you the capability of storing 128 presets (across up to five SA pedals).
  12. I know, that is a huge bargain.
  13. I can attest to this as it used to be mine.
  14. Haven’t read the whole thread yet. Anyone mentioned “The Jig”?
  15. That is beautiful. What’s the fingerboard radius? Where are you based?
  16. I love white binding, just never really liked the look of black binding. (I feel an Ali G quote coming on…)
  17. Richtone will price match and is my local shop. £477 seems not too unreasonable considering Minitaur prices are £379-420-ish.
  18. Yep, my big box Q-Tron is a prime candidate.
  19. Apologies if I’ve accidentally flagged a post. I hit one somewhere when I opened my phone and can’t see which one it was.
  20. I did, it didn’t mention anything about text rotation though so I thought I’d mention it explicitly.
  21. Also, just another thought: since the buttons are now at the sides, might you want to rotate the text 90 degrees (opposite direction for both so that the bottom of the letters are nearest the pedal’s edges)?
  22. Only things I’d suggest is moving the “prog.” text up so it is in line with the “on/off” text and making sure the fonts of those two labels are the same size (prog appears bigger in the photo).
