  1. A ring modulator is pretty great for inharmonic bell sounds.
  2. Well this is exciting news: https://triungulolab.com/en-gb/products/12-stage-phaser-mf-103
  3. Some Paul Jackson vibes in there!
  4. I can attest from recordings that Andy sent me a while ago, this bass sounds lovely.
  5. Everyone is probably way ahead of me here but just discovered this band the other day and am hooked:
  6. Tobie contacted me to buy a Sadowsky preamp pedal from me. Details arranged and payment made quickly. Friendly and prompt communication. Many thanks.
  7. The V4 Editor is now up on the website: http://pandamidi.com/support
  8. Oh god, I don’t know how I’d not seen this until just now, and quite by accident. That’s terrible news. I never met Nick in person but have chatted with him on threads and in private messages over the years. He’ll be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
  9. Matt Johnson Jamiroquai Anthony Marinelli Open Studio Rich Brown Starsky Carr Loopop AutomaticGainsay Dr Mix
  10. Currently working my way through this guy’s discography after discovering him yesterday. Cheesy, yes, but in the funkiest way.
  11. Got my production unit this morning:
  12. 123.5mm x 98.5mm x 45mm.
  13. It’s definitely intended humour. This clip made me pee myself (you’ll know which bit):
  14. Any Donny Benét fans in here, I reckon you’ll dig this album that just came out today by an artist with a similar vibe, both musically and with the tongue-in-cheek humour.
  15. Another smooth transaction with Gavin, this time with him as the buyer. I listed a pedal and tagged him and within an hour he agreed to buy and paid. All easy with prompt and friendly communication. Many thanks.
  16. In case this weren’t obvious, as this is a MIDI device, you can trigger it with anything that sends MIDI note data, so that even includes footpedal controllers such as the Morningstar stuff.
  17. Great tracks! Also am now listening to your EP too and really enjoying it.
  18. You still get the frequency sweeps but without big volume spikes at high resonance. It can be very useful for taming some of the wilder filters out there such as the Fwonkbeta, Enigma and MF-101.
  19. I had one for quite some time. In fact I think I’ve owned two. I used the Nik West “born again compressor” and loved it when set to about 10-11 o’clock.
  20. Managed to sell my MXR VBO instead.
  21. In outstanding condition. Owned by me from new and only played at home. The best tracking I’ve had from an analogue octaver, hands down. Very convincing OC-2 clone (in fact they used Janek Gwizdala’s personal OC-2 as a reference when creating this pedal).
  22. Just in case folks haven’t perused the manual, here’s the new Editor:
  23. There never was a v2 hardware (it was software only). Not sure about the new SA as it’s not down to me, but also I wouldn’t be allowed to say, even if I did know. I do know it’s been pushed back six weeks because the selector switch batch that came in had been erroneously manufactured 180 degrees out of phase! Roger confirmed that on The Gear Page a few days ago.
