  1. I’m delighted to be the first person to contribute to Rob’s feedback. Rob responded to my LS-2 sale and paid within minutes of my response. Communication was prompt, polite and friendly. I hope the pedal serves you well and you have many more smooth transactions in this great community. Many thanks.
  2. I won’t be gutted if this doesn’t go. Tried it again the other night and it does beef up my tone nicely, especially in front of the SA Lunar phaser.
  3. Base coat is done now. Dropped off my colour sample at the weekend so, all being well, the body will be sprayed in the next few weeks.
  4. Fair point about the LED. The metering is comprehensive in the editor with full input, output and overall level in dB. Means you can program your patches exactly as you want them. There’s a used Empress here:
  5. @GisserD have you had a Fwonkbeta?
  6. @known as Signal path has a wanted ad for the SA EQ pedal.
  7. It’s useable on bass too and thickens up the sound nicely. It was partially designed to beef up the signal from their digital pedals, especially when using a few in a row.
  8. It does. The LED does metering via colour and light intensity. Hooking up to the app gives you a full live graphic readout.
  9. I need to contribute towards a rather cool musical present for a very lucky girl so need to raise some funds. This is a pedal I’m not using. This is brand new as I only had it for testing purposes. (I beta test for Source Audio but there wasn’t much to test on this as it’s all analogue.) Price includes special delivery in the UK.
  10. I only saw one recent one and tagged the person, but he’s no longer looking.
  11. This has been sat unused for quite some time now. Sod's law says that as soon as I sell it, I’ll find something I need it for. In excellent, clean condition (two minuscule chips in the paint and the serial number sticker is peeling a bit - see photos). Comes with original box. Only ever used at home. Price includes signed-for postage to mainland UK.
  12. It’s because he’s no longer selling to retail stores, he said as much a while back.
  13. I’ve noticed that the switch seems to actually have four “positions” rather than simply on/off: 1. Off - main LED lit, dry signal present, unboosted; 2. main LED is lit but dry signal is muted; 3. main LED unlit, dry signal is muted; 4. main LED lit, dry signal present and mids boosted Just wondering if there might be some way to turn the mid boost switch into a deliberate dry mute switch.
  14. 1951. The first P bass had a string-through body. 😆
  15. Presumably you could borrow something like a future impact and do captures of that to get great synth sounds. I’d be curious to hear the results.
  16. Get in line, there are folks with long-standing wanted ads on here!🙂
  17. By the way, there’s a nice Sterling in the bass gallery right now, might even be your old one.
  18. Argh, I had a lovely Lakland PJ with 38mm but I could’ve traded a while back. Unfortunate timing as I’ve just bought a Sterling. By the way, isn’t the fingerboard morado (pau ferro) rather than rosewood on the UV70s?
  19. No idea. All the emails I sent bounced. Only thing I got to stock was posting to the cog Facebook page. I could probably get hold of him with a bit of effort as he’s a friend of a woodwind tech I know, but I don’t want to pry.
