  1. If it’s been in the box for that long, I strongly advise you update the firmware to v3.60 and give it another go, it has had VAST improvements since October 2019.
  2. I’m sure it’ll be what you suspect. If someone isn’t willing to allow a local pickup, it’s a pretty bad sign (unless they are just paranoid you’ll duff them up and run off, or are vulnerable to Covid complications).
  3. Probably right, seems too good a price. Have you flagged them with the mods?
  4. I’ve just sold a pedal - does that mean I get to “replace” it? 😆
  5. Reduced due to my realisation that I temporarily forgot how to do maths. No longer accepting offers as this is a now sizeable reduction.
  6. I’ll likely be going to BD with it if it doesn't sell here, if I can manage it; it’ll cost more to buy it from there than it will directly from me. Seriously peeps, if you’re interested in this, now is the time to get in touch!
  7. Just laughed out loud in the library at that one. You should work that into a sitcom script, it’s awesome.
  8. Had a few of these moments, in no particular orders small selection: forgetting to unmute my amp after tuning so when it was time for my big bass entry in the song, nothing happened; the drummer misunderstanding the direction from the band leader to play quieter during my flute solo - he thought he was being instructed to slow down so all the energy went from the music as everyone else then lost their place in the form; battery dying in an active bass partway through a song; setting up at the gig only to realise we had left the piano stand on the pavement outside the drummer’s house; meeting at a major festival where we had the headline slot the next night and finding out the drummer had totally forgotten to bring the piano, which meant I had to ask the headline band of that night whether their piano player might be able to loan us his piano, thankfully he did; During the sound check for the above gig, finding that the saxophonist’s instrument needed a quite significant repair in order to function and emergency surgery was performed by the drummer; during a workshop before a gig the same night, seeing the relief on my fretless getting lower and lower until it became unplayable due to the heat; having the flute player’s frustrated exhortation of “no fùcking drums!” get broadcast at full volume over the PA when the drummer forgot the arrangement again; drunken party guest falling into the stage monitors mid-song, shearing the cable and knocking over a glass of wine and seeing the liquid flowing towards the exposed live pins of the cable in front of me.
  9. Yes, I didn’t realise he was the composer of those until I read the article. I didn’t mention those titles so as not to potentially sway people one way or the other before listening to the above track. Definitely going to be checking his music out.
  10. Hadn’t ever heard of this artist until I read an interview with him in today’s Guardian.
  11. If it’s like the Subdecay Prometheus then that’s pretty accurate. Very meh.
  12. Got to try the Barbanera today - it’s great. I think I caused @GisserD to have serious reservations about selling it though.
  13. Colour decided (though looks a bit different and much nicer in person compared to this image).
  14. Not sure if he posted an ad but he said he was looking at part-exing it for something I’d drawn his attention to so it might work out better for everyone if he were able to sell it. Drop him a line and see what’s doing.
  15. You should talk to @acidbassas I think he’s selling one.
