1.
I had a Yasuki exactly like this, Columbus had a headstock truss adjust with a metal cover!
It seems like not every Columbus is like that, here is some youtube vid that i found with Columbus jazz from 77, i can clearly see that this one doesn't have headstock truss rod and metal cover. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOMutCK1Tz0
2. I'm still waiting for the bass. It's over a week now since auction is end and my patience is almost over... This guy is a superseller, 100% positive feedback, so i hope the bass will be with me tomorrow.
3. I bought today that thing - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/260968554265?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 Anyone know what it might be? There is no logo and i have no idea.
4. Oh man, I'm hunting one of them but no money untill payday 30 dec, so i hope it will be still available when you come back.
5. If I had the money I'd snap just right now...

I took this compilations from similar forum in my country, some guy made them few years ago.
7. I'm looking for some small busking amp too and i went To the Gallery today to try one of that small Roland Micro Cubes and i was so impressed, it sounds really rich and deep for that small speakers. Volume seems to be nice too but i'm not sure how it will be on the noisy outdoors environment. Love the t-wah, sounds so funky! Great small amp even for home practice but not the cheapest. Hope i find one second hand.
8.
I am trying to work out if 140 views and no replies means this is a is great ad, or a sh*t one
It means 'i wish to be classical trainded pro'

gone

Is that the same Fodera that i've seen today at The Gallery? If yes then i have to say that is one of the most beautiful basses i've ever seen.
12. head is now on e-bay, price is a bit higher there because of their fees, here i let it go for 250 ONO - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=280731052413
13. I'm really surprised why there is almost NO INTEREST in both of the items, these are great pieces of gear, especially Markbass head, i wish to use them but my family will kill me. I'm thinking about put them on ebay but i'd like to keep it here as i always have a great experience dealing with peoples from this forum. Maybe i should keep this gear for better times? Maybe i'll find new band soon?
14. Back in London bump.
15.
Its surprisingly cheaper than you would think to courier a cab. Going by the dimensions and weight here and allowing for cardboard round it adding to the dimensions and weight I've just got a quote from interparcel for £6.99 + VAT Its their economy service and is normally UPS that collects and delivers it.
Thanks, maybe you're right, i'll think about it and check the prices when i come back from holiday. Cheers, Pat
16.
Hi how much for postage to glasgow for the cab? Regards Al
Hi Al, sorry for late reply but i'm on holiday. To be honest, i have no idea, i don't know how much it weights and this is collection only due to the size, this is the reason of bargain price and i have no idea why there is a lack of interest in this cab.
17. I forgot to mention that everyone who would like to try and view my gear is more than welcome. I'm going outside UK for holiday from tomorrow (19/8) untill next friday (26/8) so i'll be unavailable at that time. When i come back and there will be still no interests in my stuff then i'll put it on yebay but to be honest i'd like to deal with somebody from basschat. Cheers!
18. GL Signature is a damn great bass, i had one of those basses and still regret that i sold it. If you think about Geddy Lee i think the best idea is to try one first as neck on these basses are really thin, maybe the thinnest Jazz neck ever. It might be a good and comfortable but not for everyone. But on the other side, if you buy one used and it will be not in your taste then you can sell it for the same price. Oh, and one think i dont like in these basses are the truss rod adjustment.
19. Bump, i might consider a big discount on cab if someone would like to take them both.
20. Nice Mayo! Good luck with the sale.
21. Hi there, I've bought this head here from SammyDamacy around two months ago, here is the link for original topic and pictures (hope you don't mind Sammy) - http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...amp;hl=markbass I'll shot few more pics if required. So, since i bought this amp it's sitting on the cab in my bedroom and do nothing because when i bought it drummer left our band few days after and we don't play anymore and this is a bit too loud for bedroom playing. There is a lot of sratches on the head but it's in perfect working order. I'm looking for some small but great sounding practice combo. I paid for this amp 250 pounds + postage so ideally it would be a small combo + some cash my way depends on value of the combo, or straight sale 250 + postage. Peavey TX-210 cab, made in U.S.A. and serviced in Peavey U.K. (they propably fitted new drivers, but i'm not sure), good sounding cab especialy with that Markbass head. Only [s]£40[/s] £35 pounds, i think it's a bargain for that cab but it's collection only due to the size. I'm in north-west London.
22. back to the top!
23. I had one of these, sold it and missing it... It's look exactly like one i had because it has only one dent in exactly the same place! But if you have this bass from 2006 then it's not the one i had because i sold it in 2010. Fantastic bass, good luck with the sale.
24. The guy who wanted to swap with me is propably no longer interested so this bass is back for trade. Here is few more pics of the bass - http://imageshack.us/g/27/img0461vh.jpg/ I'm adding Tokai Jazz or P bass to my wishlist. Please, contact me only if you're local or close to London or if you can meet halfway if you living in the other part of UK.
