This one is a four-string (seems unusual) and the seller claims it's German-made. Sussex; poor photos.

All true, of course. I just hope he doesn't come up with something actually worth buying... (Not that I have anything against the stuff he is selling, but you know what I mean.)

Compare with a new one from the manufacturer/brand owner (admittedly no longer available):

Ripoff artist.
We played a covers gig at a nursing home this afternoon. Too hot, and too many mistakes, but my singing is improving and the residents seemed to like us.
Not seen one of these before. Quite distinctive looks, I think.
Berlin, £850, if anyone's smitten.

I had a quick go on this when I sold Mike my SR500 in the spring. Usually I find P necks are too big for me, but this was really comfortable to play. It's a great bass. Good luck with the sale
I sold Steve my white SR300. All went well and he was very welcoming when I delivered it (unfortunately that visit had to be cut short, through no fault of his). I'd be happy to deal with him again. Thanks Steve, and I'm glad Harry seems to be enjoying the SR

PayPal payment these days can also be by "pay friends" to do it with no fees either way.

Thank you, that's worth knowing.
