1. Aria Sinsonido... 3.125 kg in its bag.
2.
Lovely, right up as far as the nut Sorry, I'm allergic to pointy headstocks but apart from that it's a gorgeous looker. That quilt is lovely.
This...
3.
At £14 a set you can't go wrong - I like them so much that if you buy a set and you're not happy with them, I'll buy them off you...
... and if he doesn't, I probably will
4. Fretless Yamaha BEX 4...
5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlk0-HQh2j4 Richard and Linda Thompson, on top of their game. Live, as well.
6. That's got to be a bargain. But I already have more basses than cash; so, GLWTS

Strange Bass

Welcome Can we ask what you paid for it, was it new, and where you got it?
8. Anyone know what this was when it was young and innocent? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BASSE-FRETLESS-CUSTOMISE-4-CORDES-PREAMP-ACTIF-/371444789298?hash=item567bd5b032
9. Sadly out of my price range They look the absolute mutts though
10. That looks quite a bit like the CMI p-bass I bought from BCer oldslapper (nice guy ). The tort in particular looks very similar. Sadly I had to change the neck (immovable trussrod) and it's now wearing a Collins J-width neck.
11. I like Status Hotwire flats.
12. That's a beast! Way outside my range, sadly. Good luck with your sale
13. Useful (and gobsmacking!) site for weird Italian/Russian/Australian/whatever guitars of the 60s and 70s... Mainly in Italian, but really, just look at the pictures http://www.fetishguitars.com
14. One time at a rehearsal room we got next door's guitars coming through the building mains electrical supply... !
15. My no-name CAR jazz. £80, from BC-er Mr Foxen (IIRC he got it from eBay as a beater/project bass), and still the bass I'm most comfortable on. It's certainly not the most expensive (though nothing I've got cost me more that £400). It doesn't even sound best. It just plays well and feels comfortable.
16. Good question! This is the one which springs to mind: I sit at my table / and wage war on myself It seems like it's all, it's all for nothing (My first thought was actually "Got to be something by Robyn Hitchcock", but evocative of what ?!)
17.
Ah Yes, whatever happened to Reggie Perrier and CJ?
He didn't get where he is today.
18.
He's obviously typed his serial number in, and it's given him the Japanese E-Series information.
I might try that with my NHS number...
19. Zappa.
20. My aunt used to play one in chapel services in Wales.
21. Junky laptop speakers. Probably not doing you justice, really.
22.
Peavey Grind 6ers are ace as well, and cheap as chips used.
There was one up on eBay last week, might still be there. Edit: looks like it's gone. I did find this though... if it's anything like its 4-string cousins, it'll be a monster. http://www.ebay.co.u...=item4af0d65c34 There are a couple of Grind sixes up for £319.
23. Quite Westone Quantum-ish in general vibe, then. Nice
