Hüsker Dü, 'Diane'. We lost a guitarist to that song; he quit rather than play it. Though it's more about shock value, I suppose.

My sister lives in Bristol; I should be in the area in May, with any luck. Might be able to drop by with mine for an hour or two.

I have a Standard, which I love and will never sell, despite its weight and treetrunk neck; and also a Custom 3002, which is not very interesting at all, and is heavy and has a treetrunk neck. I should sell it, but I doubt I'd get what I paid.

The only time it's ever happened to me, I could only think "blimey. So you're tone deaf and don't know when my timing's f***ed...".
