1. Good luck with your sale
2.
I blame the B string.
I tend to agree. Though I think it depends how the arrangement works.
3. I bought Rob's Tanglewater P pup. Fast smooth transaction with good comms. No hesitation in dealing again. Thanks Rob

Sean's Feedback

I bought a nice Gotoh-style bridge from Sean. Excellent communication and unexpectedly quick delivery. Thanks
5. I bought Ian's Korg Monotron. Nice easy transaction, good comms, fast delivery, well packed. Thanks Ian
6. This is the one thing I have learned from five years of bass thumping: They are all as hard as I expect, i.e. harder than I can manage

12. You ought to link to your hardcase as well
13. Going to have a look this afternoon
14. While we're asking... what are the necks like on these? All info gratefully received - thanks
15. My Vox Standard is built something like that.
Here's my somewhat modded Antoria P. I've owned it for 35 years and it's a great bass. The second pic shows the laminated body construction. cheers Ed antoria_1 by emg456, on Flickr antoria_2 by emg456, on Flickr
16. I'd be interested to know the heel width, please. It's probably 64mm or so, but I live in hope
17. I bought a jazz-style scratchplate and pups. Nice clean efficient transaction, good comms, no issues. Thanks John
18. Could you please edit the topic so we can see it's been sold? Thanks
19. According to the annoying eBay popup, seven have been sold in the last 24 hours. Perhaps we should just wait a month or so and see if they pop up second hand? If none of them do, then either they are gorgeous or they are killing their owners... (Is that legally actionable? I do not speak for BassChat, nor is BassChat responsible for my opinions... )
20.
I've seen it happen to pubs we've played in. Pubco's put in terrible landlords over and over again after manufacturing a reason to kick out the previous landlady who had been running the pub successfully for many years. Pub is now looking like it could be closed any time now.
This.
21.
No Jewish wedding takers then ? Four hours of double/cut time, two in the bar madness. Who needs standards, when you have.... Hava Nagila, Mazel Tov, Tzena Tzena Tzena, Hora dancing.
I'd love to do that. Possibly not too often, it could get old after a year or two, but they're great tunes
22. We traded, my Retrovibe telebass prototype for his Jack. He went out of his way to deal with my travel problems, good comms, no problems whatever. I'd deal with him again without hesitating. Thanks Jeff

I bought Tony's upgraded Tanglewater. Thoroughly nice guy, thoughtful and thorough comms, went out of his way to accommodate my travel problems. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in dealing with him again. The Tanglewater is lovely, so he has good taste as well
