  1. The ebay seller, please. I would very much not like to deal with them. (FWIW, everyone here knows you're a sound bloke )
  2. Bought a body, bits and pups for a JB from Mike. Very quick, expertly packaged, good comms. I'd be pleased to deal with him again. Thanks Mike
  3. I bought Lee's cosmetically-challenged White Shadow. All as advertised, seamless transaction, good packing. I'd be pleased to deal with him again. Thanks Lee!
  4. Lawrie's a nice guy and a credit to BC. Deal with confidence. Bump!
  5. Does it stay in tune? I have something like this, and it's so badly made I've never tried to use it.
  6. "Sold as seen"... there's a joke in there trying to get out, but I can't quite find it...
  7. Ooof. Good luck, with the sale and a new job.
  8. Microsoft. Many, many years ago - first task in a new job - "install MS-DOS, Windows 3 and Fortran on that PC". That meant making specific changes in the install of both DOS and W3. There were three manual comments about how to do this, one for each piece of software. They were all different. And they were all wrong. Much later, with Windows 10 they made it impossible to do my (software development) job. Never again.
  9. I was more interested in buckle rash.
  10. No pics of the back of the body. Hmm.
  11. Tempting, but I have a fretted five I never play... someone who'll play it should have it. GLWYS!
  12. I bought some pickups from Mark. All as described, good communication, prompt delivery, excellent packaging. I'd be pleased to deal with him again. Thanks Mark
  13. There might be a few more of that sort of thing kicking around than usual; the Great Dorset Steam Fair isn't happening this year (normally in late August), so people who'd normally try to sell there will be looking for alternatives.
  14. Thanks. I have a fretless neck with its name on it
  15. Rats... should have nabbed it yesterday. Bah, humbug. :sulks, in B flat:
  16. Thanks. I thought I'd read it properly, but evidently not.
