I have never got on with RBX basses for some reason, but that's me not them, the ones I've played have been pretty nice and always good value. Good luck with your sale

Those are much harder to advertise.
Peavey do sell a trussrod tool, or used to - not sure if there's still a UK supplier. But if you go that route, be [u]certain[/u] to slacken the strings before you use it, because they are not robust and will "round" very quickly if you don't.
