1. One of our guitarists uses a Breedlove electric-acoustic. Lovely instrument. Good luck with your sale!
 2.
Come to think of it, why the hell ISN'T instrument upholstery already an industry? You can find shells for your mobile phone in every corner shop, yet you can't seem to find a velvet draping for your P-bass.
Why does that sound like an euphemism...
 3. Seller is very clear that it's collection only... Fakenham is NW of Norwich.
 4.
Hmmmm, interesting. Could very easily stick another P pickup in there and have a fun little bass. Anybody know what the necks are like on these?
Aaargh... I've been hoping for a decent cheap one for ages (I want to defret it). Missed it! The neck is a treetrunk. It weighs a ton. The pup is a touch on the puny side. None of these are my thing, but I will never get rid of the one I've got. Great bass.
 5. Curtains. Or cushions. Could be either one.
 6. I'd like a fretless version, it would suit my playing
 7. In my experience GAS is a condition caused by having more money than sense. It is self-curing.
 8.
Certainly a nicer bass. My first thought was Ibanez SR or SRX - modern ones use the same bridge and the control cover's the right shape, but other things don't match up. So not that, but something related - a different Ibby, or something from the same factory - a Cort, maybe. Edit - pups & bridge would match a Cort GB74.
Wouldn't SR/SRX have a 2+2 headstock? (I actually like the headstock shape, for some reason. I think it's because it's so resolutely non-pointy.)
 9.
New price: 395 gbp I remind you that the bass is MINT and in full working order.
It's worth editing the thread title so that people can see the new price, IMO.
 10. Pretty! It would probably help if you inclluded the word "fretless" in the thread title
 11. On hold.
Are there good Peavey basses? I've never been sure about them, but perhaps I've confused budget and high-end models. (Genuine question, BTW - I'm not dissing them and am prepared to be "informed"!)
Even the budget ones are cost-effective IMO (though I don't know the Internationals). The Furys and Foundations are lovely
 13.
Just bang a nail in the neck to hang the strap off ?
This does actually work, but drill out the strap button screw hole - 6mm drill - and cut the point off a six-inch nail, spray it with Hammerite, it fits neatly. If you need to sell the body, 6mm dowels are easy to get and the new button covers the plug Hmm. I've been gassing for an Epi Tbird for a while...
 14. I'm not a fan of white basses generally, but mcnach's GF has a good eye, IMO - that's really pretty
 15.
Do you know I'd completely forgotten you have them both!
They're keepers, for sure.
 16.
Hello, still trying to move this? I'm after a project and always quite liked these...£40 cash, collected whenever suits you?
PMed.
 17. Nice. Mine needs attention, one of the pups isn't working. Hopefully it's just the wiring. GLWTS!
 18.
Glad it's still getting used :-) BEX4s are lovely. Remarkably P-Bass like from the mag pickup and suitably woody from the piezo. They look very cool too.
And when I need a fretted bass, the orange one comes out
 19.
Ill keep my eye on that. Nice looking thing
I'm glad someone likes its looks
 20.
I thought this had already sold - just bought another one off eBay. Everybody should have at least one..
This is true.
 21. Does it suffer from neck-dive? It looks as if it should
 22. Fables Of The Reconstruction - REM. Still my call for best REM album. Remain In Light - Talking Heads. I Want To See The Bright Lights Tonight - Richard and Linda Thompson. I used to know the Space Ritual inside out, but not any more.
