1. I would say my 80's case is identical except for a lack of the 'Fender' badge underneath the handle. Truckstop
2. Tempting, tempting... Truckstop
3. Me too. Truckstop
4. ? Truckstop
5. No, but it would help if you at least brought some with you. Truckstop
6. I might be able to mosey on down. Anyone fancy meeting at the Intrepid Fox for a beerio and a cigarillo beforehand? Truckstop
7. I see. So Orange and Matamp made a range of amps? I gotta get me one! Truckstop
8. What's with the Orange/Matamp amp he's got? Truckstop
9.
Everyone is moaning that nothing is selling at the moment, but this proves that if it is priced right there are many buyers ready to jump at a bargain.
Innit. I put up my EBS 1x10 yesterday morning (£200), and a few hours later I was discussing how to deliver it with the customer! Truckstop
10. Seconded. Git. Truckstop
11. Correction, only one now. I've nabbed Lozz's one! They are massively recommended. Adjustable tweeter, ridiculous amounts of bass and that wonderful Ampeg tone. Honestly, I don't think I've ever sounded better! Truckstop
12. Yeah sure, I'll send you a PM if no-one offers a trade soon! I'll give it a few more days because really I'm gonna need a replacement cab instantly. Cheers and Bumperoonie! Alex
13. Tell the singer to piss off. He sounds a right sod. Truckstop
14. As per the title, I have my EBS Neoline 110 for trade. I'll be rehearsing and gigging soon and I can't be bothered to lug around my Torque 4x10's to get sufficient volume and clarity. I just wish I could afford another EBS Neoline 110! Great cab for the size, even reproduces the low B faithfully. Everything you'd expect from an EBS cab. Carpeted and in mint condition, I'm the second owner I believe and I've only ever used it for bedroom practice. It's never been cranked up. I value it at around £200 and for the right cab, I may chuck in some extra money to make the deal more satisfactory. I'm looking for a good standard cab. Brands I'm interested in include Aguilar, Orange, Ampeg, GK, Ashdown (specifically the ones with the red face) and EBS; but don't be afraid to weigh in with some offers. I'm in St. Albans and I don't mind driving to meet. Cheers Alex
15. Is she fit? Then I suppose she might be worth a go. Truckstop

Mogwai!

Saw them last night at the 02 Brixton Academy and the bass sound made me poo (in the 'brown note' way). Couldnt believe how loud those guys cranked it and I love the way all their songs just build up into a glorious massive noise. Makes you feel glad to be alive. Went with my brother who's never been to a big gig before and never heard Mogwai before and he loved it! He's a convert. Anyway, just wanted to say how much I love Mogwai and how amazing thier music is. Long may they last! Truckstop
18. Depends if it's Chuck Norris or not. He thinks everyone's a hassle. Truckstop
19. I was actually looking at making a box for the GK to go in and cover it in tweed, but have you seen how expensive that sh*t is???!!!! Jeeeez! Trcusktop
20. Washburn XB600! Wonderfully versatile, they look great, they're light and they're cheap! I owned one for 8 years without a single problem and never felt the need to mod it. Truckstop
21. After looking a lot of vintage styled gear over the last few days, I think I'm just gonna go for a 1x15 cab and leave the head on the floor behind it. I can a great sound out of the GK so I don't really want to have to buy another amp when all I need to do is get a cab that looks vintage. Ashdown look good. Or maybe if I can get a second hand Aguilar. Thanks for all your help everybody! Alex
22. You're a disgrace to the forum! Truckstop
23.
I thought you wanted Motown?
Yeah, but I'm shallow and I'm more after something that looks Vintage. I feel I can achieve the sound via my playing style and using the right bass. I've only really started thinking about it all today anyway, so i'd better get to some shops and start test driving! Cheers Alex
