I am advertising this on behalf of a friend. If i had the money i would definitely have taken it of his hands. Pro touring rig, all valve 600w through 4ohm output. Head has two inputs for active/passive, or for two switchable channels. Input gain has pull switches for normal/bright and tone controls have pull deep and mid shift options. Footswitchable graphic equaliser on front panel. Rear panel - Fx loop, xlr out, 4,8 + 16 ohm outputs, switchable cooling fan speed (very helpful when recording). Cab has 15, 10 and 6in speakers, plus switchable tweeter and locking wheels. Cab is in a fairly road worn condition but in full working order and sounds amazing, fills any size room with deep, clear tone. Head comes in flight case. [b]£950[/b] for the full rig. Due to size of item, amp cannot be posted and you are welcome to view and test the amp before buying. -

Hello, i have no idea if this is in the right section or not but here goes! I got my hands on a Fender MIA Standard Jazz about 3 months ago after previously playing an Ibanez GRR200. After about a month i have started getting a pain in my lower back, its usually worse when i have been playing bass for longer periods so i have came to the conclusion its my Jazz bass. Have any of you guys ever had back problems due to the weight of your bass? any tips on how to avoid this problem?

When i first started giging i used to lend amps all the time just because i didn't have my own. but i always used to contact the bassist before hand and offer them some money for letting me use it, but they would never take it lol

Always look at Fender first by habit. Then i look at the lower end basses to see which ones i can pimp out. the Ampeg ADA4 Dan Armstrong bass always catches my eye too, i will own one of those one day
