5.
I wonder if they do them passive-only?
Why? If they're switchable then you have the best of both worlds.
6. Great sounding in passive mode... but a little push to kick in the active and it's game over! These babies are just monsterous!
7.
We were called "Back In Black" but we've since gone our separate ways. The "Angus" in that Band is now the "Angus" for Livewire.
Saw you at one of the conventions in Wrexham. Bloody superb I might add!!
8. Got a Cali PM4 and it's bloody lovely! Have a word with Bass Merchant from this here forum. He runs the shop of the same name in Colchester. I've also ordered a Sandberg Custom through him. Only seven weeks to go!!!
9. Dirty DC - Brian era.... their 'Angus is uncannily like the real thing!! DC/79 - Bon era.... Their Bon is a re-incarnation! Have a look!
10. Flawless transaction (Little Mark 450 - Ferrari Red). Paid in nano-seconds and I feel he's happy with the amp judging by his texts! Buy off this man.... or sell to him, and you won't be let down. Jamie.

17. Good I enjoy playing the music we play I like to keep it simple I can flash it up when I want but prefer not to I concentrate to kick with the drummer I'm not afraid to look at my fretboard when playing!! I have nice basses I have a lovely rig I look after my gear I pick things up very easily I have my own recording studio (sort of... see below) Bad I don't practice enough I don't move very much when playing I look like a moody git when playing I'm self critical when I make a mistake I cant fit all my gear in my car, so have to use the wife's! I haven't built my studio yet (but I've got all the gear!!) I can only play with a pick (preferred... I do finger but prefer the pick tone) I have a knackered thumb joint which gets very tired when I play. I am going bald and what's left is going grey!!
18. Live Wire - AC/DC Start - The Jam Shot In The Dark - Ozzy Ace Of Spades - Motorhead Don't Stop Believin' - Journey (Ok... I know it's with piano!) Running With The Devil - Van Halen
19. Headlining set with two great support bands. All for a fiver!! If you're not gigging and are from the London area, it's be great to meet up and have a beer or two!! www.myspace.com/loopland Are you ready for some Hard Mod? “Hugely melodic and dangerously hooky. The band are nicely tight. The voice is epic, with a more than a hint of Paul Weller about it.” “Nice backing harmonies against a lead voice as British as the river Thames.” “Hey kids, time to get an education....this is the sound of pills and adrenaline!” “This is revival genius in the vein of The Chords...gentlemen let me shake your hands....bloody wonderful stuff.” - Fame Games... Various reviews. “One of the most requested bands I’ve ever had on Mod Radio UK” “call them Hard Mods, call them Indie Heroes, call them an unsigned hard working gritty guitar band that truly deserve the accolade! Take note, here’s a band that you shouldn’t miss out on!” - Buster, Mod Radio UK. “I would like to say to people, who haven't heard The Loop why not? They are superb” - The Wolf aka Danny C, Mod Radio UK “You’ve got some great, catchy songs!” - Rick Buckler, The Jam “..a rip-roaring set.” “..solid songs in their own right, which Paul Weller himself, had he written them, might have stood back, wiped his hands and celebrated a job well done.” “The Loop bring their sound bang up to date with some top notch indie, which seems to reference what the modern scene is doing whilst maintaining that early 80's mod/punk flavour.” “The Loop back up their claims with substance.” - Art & Soul Magazine

21. I know Muppet used to have one of these, or a MM head at least. Mind you, that was a few years ago and he moved on to Ampeg since. Might be worth dropping him a pm though.
