Is that a Bridge pup in the Neck?
and he still has no idea what a zero fret is
2.
I've kept that link thanks but all I've bought are shop cables so far... The last was a retro looking Fender Custom Shop cable in the smallest length I could find as I'm told that the smaller cable you can get away with the better the signal. One thing that I've been thinking about though is that i used to get gold plated connections for my tv surround/ play station etc.... Not seen any gold plated bass ones in the shops... How come as I thought you'd get a better signal etc with them ?..
Not to derail the thread too much, but the picture from my Xbox 360 looks exactly the same (connected to a samsung hd tv) using my mates £80 gold plated HDMI cable as it does using my 10p HDMI cable off amazon same when I use it to connect my laptop, I can't see any difference in quality. Sure if you are using like 5-10 metres of it, then there might be a difference, but the picture I get is crystal clear, so I'm happy.
3. none of that song is ironic really. I'm not sure anyone ever actually explained irony to her :S
4. Allow me to be the first of many to recommend Obbm's cables to you He is a member on here and his cables are fantastic and great value too! Edit for link to his site: http://bassic-bits.co.uk/
5. Ofcourse, I shall do it in a sec I am based in Faringdon, between Oxford and Swindon.
6. I would definitely consider it Would you be ok to wait a little to see if I get any interest in the 112? Cheers
7. Hey all, I am selling my Black Finger compressor pedal. I have owned it from new for the last 4 years and it has performed faultlessly. However, I am now trying to thin out my collection of pedals, and as this doesn't get much use anymore I fee like it should go to a new home. Feel free to message me with any questions I am looking for £80 posted within the UK. Cheers.
8. both projects sound amazing man nice work. is the heavy ep out? and when will the reunion ep be out?
9. Hey guys, I have decided to sell my EBS Neoline cabs. They are truly amazing cabs, but since I am not currently even in a band, let alone gigging, I cannot really justify just having them sit in my room at home. Both cabs are in great condition, the only mark being on the 110, where one of the corners is slightly cracked, but it is not serious. Both cabs are 8 Ohms, and weigh about 12kg each, making them an easy one hand lift. I can take more pictures if needed Price wise I am looking for £325 for each cab (I am open to offers), collection is much preferred, but I may be able to arrange shipping if required. I would also consider a trade for a 410 (ampeg or similar), plus cash adjustment if necessary. Feel free to contact me with any questions Cheers
10. Hey all, for sale is my VT bass pedal (version 1). I acquired this a while back, but it is now surplus to requirements. It is a fantastic pedal that does everything from tubey warmth to full on distortion. It is in great condition and comes with all packaging and manuals. I would like £95 posted. Cheers EDIT: Feel free to make me an offer.
11. I recently did a cab exchange with Ghost_Bass on here who is from portugal and I used http://www.worldwide-parcelservices.co.uk/ I sent a 23kg epifani 212 cab fully insured for 50 quid, and it arrived within 5 days. I would recommend them
12. here is me: and these are some photos from when I was in my last band (I realise my face in the second picture isn't great haha):

16. I realise now that I could have worded that better.... haha
17. also, this could just be the dodgy picture, but the nut doesn't look quite straight :S
18. I have one of their Landmark 300 bass heads, and I can happily say it is the best sounding amp i have ever played through. I was disappointed to find out that Tech 21 are only doing this as an custom order, and that it can't be sent over here because it's not RoHS compliant.
19. basschat does something weird with the file type and changes it to ipb for some reason. What you need to do is change the .ipb to .pdf, then open it with adobe acrobat reader.
20.
You are a star. Thanks.
No worries Anytime.
