  4. hey there, I'm definitely interested in this. What is the weight of the amp with case and tuner? also, is this comfortably loud enough for gigging and practices? Cheers, Adam

  8. Hey all, Since injuring my knee has put me off work for a bit, I have decided to give this recording stuff a go. Over the last couple of days I have written and recorded a pop punk cover of 'Call Me Maybe' by Carly Rae Jepsen. (Yes, yes, trashy pop, i know hehe). I am aware it is far from perfect, and my guitar playing skills leave much to be desired, but for a first attempt at a cover in a different style, I'm pretty happy with it, so I thought I would share it with you all. 10. What is the volume like on the 3.0? Where are you based and would it be possible to try it? Cheers, Adam
  11. I live on the cowley road in Oxford. you are welcome to come try the cab out
  12. Hey all, I am selling my Alpine White Epiphone Thunderbird. This is a gorgeous bass, in very good condition and it sounds amazing. I bought it from a user on here a while ago and have since moved the strap button to the neckplate of the bass, which has stopped the neck dive. Unfortunately, I am running out of room in my flat, and since I'm not currently gigging, my herd needs thinning out a bit. It comes with a nicely padded soft case. As always, more pics are available on request I am looking for £250 for it, and collection from Oxford is greatly preferred, as I do not have a hard case to send the bass in. Cheers, Adam
  13. I've been reading this with interest and was wondering if anyone around the Oxford/Oxfordshire area had one that I could have a small try of? Cheers
  14. Hey, I'm afraid I won't be able to post outside the UK, as I simply lack the adequate packing materials to ensure it will get to you safely. Sorry. Adam
  15. Hey all, I have decided that it is time for a change, so I am selling my Ashdown MiBass 550. It is a great little amp head with a very versatile EQ and an amazing tone. I bought this new a few months ago and I have taken very good care of it. It has been used for bedroom practice and a few band practices and has never been gigged. More pics are available on request. Price wise I am looking for £300 (plus p&p if you don't want to collect), and for trades I would be interested in other lightweight bass heads, message me with what you have I am happy to cash adjust for the right trade. I live in Oxford, and am happy for people to come and try it out. Cheers, Adam
  16. Hey all, I am selling my Epifani UL212 cab. I bought this off Nick (Old Horse Murphy) a while ago and it is an absolutely fantastic cab, but I fancy a bit of a change, so this is up for grabs. The sound from this cab is amazing, it definitely represents what you put into it very nicely, and the tweeter gives a nice high end boost when needed. It is nice and light at 22kg, and is easy to move around. It is in great condition and comes with a waterproof cover. More pics are available on request. Price wise I am looking for £[s]520[/s] [s]475[/s] 450, and for trades I would be interested in other lightweight 212's, 210's, or 2 112's or 110's. I would prefer collection from Oxford, and people are welcome to pop over and try it out if they like Cheers, Adam
  17. I have two things to say about this bass: 1. Phwooarrrrrrrr! 2. Do you accept kidneys as a form of currency? hehe
