He did sell a lot of stuff, his fender bassman rig is for sale at Johnny Roadhouse in Manchester. HeHe i phoned a couple of local shops about a nut, no we don't stock them they said. both recommended Allparts. but i need it now really. so i get a tel number online for Allparts, Me, Hi, i'm after a nut for a Fender jazz. Allparts. Whats a nut. me. um its on the end of a neck. Alparts, what does it do? me, well, i thought you might have known what a nut does Alparts, there are hundreds of nuts on a car. you will have to be more specific. me, heh! oh right, i'll get back to you then. there was a bit more inbetween where i sort of almost talked down to the guy but you don't want hear that who knew there was an Alparts number for cars right next to the one i wanted.

I posted in another thread where i kindly recieved for free a set of of Optima gold strings from fellow Basschatter Geddys nose. i put the E.A and D on as i removed the old G string my nut broke off. ahhh! somone up there does'nt like me. i dont suppose they are dear but it's the inconvenience off going into town. the strings look good though.
