Sorry to butt in on this but i can confirm Buxton is abot an hour from manchester, last year me and the mrs decided to go and see Roger macguinn, he of the Byrds, at the Buxton opera house. got some directions off the net and set off early and an hour later we outside Granada studio's in Manchester! much scratching of heads and cursing. i had taken a wrong turn somewhere, oh for a sat nav then. anyway, saw somw signs and an hour we were in the lovely town of Buxton. or to be more precise the pub across thre road.

Ok ignorance alert. i've heard of a sans amp but have never enquired what it does, i have a chance of borrowing one so i'd like to know something about it. i know i could google it but i would like it straight from the horses mouth so to speak . thanks.
