    Hi all, I am in 2 minds as to whether or not to sell my Lakland JO USA (pics below). Mint condition. Some of you will have seen it before I am sure. It is a lovely Bass, a one off custom paint job, with the LED's on the neck, but I am not using it as it should be used and it is a lot of money to have sat around doing nothing! Would anyone be interested? Next question is how much... I have a figure in mind of around 1500 (bloody pound sign just packed up on the keyboard!!) Could also be open to exchanges - I am gasing for a Warwick Dirty blonde (4 string) Any Offers?

    I didn't get it off Ebay, I tracked it down through this site and had a chat with it's previous owner!! It was for sale on here maybe 18months ago, possibly longer. I agree the graphics up the neck would look very funky. The LED's are cool too. I am gigging it tomorrow night, looking forward to the reaction.. apparently it gets alot of attention

    Not sure about the earth loop.. quite possible. I have checked the Power supply and it's AC. I assume I need a DC one then. My knowledge of electrics is on par with my astro physics.

    Please don't answer 'Yes" straight away....... I have just bought an envelope filter to have a play with (Boomstick Bottom Feeder). Simple stuff. Plug it in, connect to the amp and voila!! or so I thought..... When I turn it on it buzzes very loudly through the amp and cuts off the bass! so, thinks I, maybe I have been stupid and connected it wrong, quick switch of the cables, same thing. Bit of Research on the net. Any 9V power supply will do.. I am using a 9V power supply. Anyone know what is wrong is the filter not working properly? I have my doubts about the power supply.

    I have just been told about pure-base.com. They have a promo on the Bose in-ears for £34.99 a pair and they have free delivery!!! However, I have tries the Bang & Olufson ones which are also on there for £64.99, and they are supberb!!
