    I had exactly this on 2 stands. As per the OP says, I mailed them, they asked for the serial number and photos and they replaced both stands (one last year and one in 2017 I think). If you still have it it would be worth contacting them again. I’ve found the, to be pretty good.

    Bought these off amazon Unbreakable glass screen protectors (twin pack) and bought the wrong ones, so I found out when I’d cleaned and prepped the screen. My iPhone is an Xr 🙄 So...cover the postage and they are yours.... 👍🏻

    I’d finish everything with chameleon paint jobs or at the very least a pearlescent if I was going to get a paint job done.
