Full disclosure: I should also mention that I have the will power of a wet lettuce when it comes to basses and bass gear. However my longest “dry” period was 2 years so it’s achievable. I will also caveat my previous statement by adding that if that order doesn’t manage to go into Status this year, then it will next year!

I suggest some kind of venue to meet in, maybe mid week to form said support group, ring of chairs in a village hall somewhere to discuss all the nice shiny things you’ve drooled over that week and asked your partner to buy on your behalf.....😂

Having only tried it with one amp then I couldn’t comment on that definitively. I can say it’s better than other cabs I’ve had, tonally, and has def changed my sound for the better.. .. a different amp might change the sound again. Different basses change the sound, my fender jazz sounds different to my custom Shuker... so the bass, amp and cab have equal impact on my sound. I couldn’t do without any of them (in my band before anyone mentions I could DI! 😂) I know my preferred combination of all of the above that I couldn’t do without. Shuker Custom - Rh750- berg cn212

+1 on that. I’ve recently managed to pick one up recently and I love it! As Mr Krow knows! 😂

26 days and counting.... I’ve nearly pulled the trigger twice but I’m being good. I know what the next purchase will be too! In the interests of complete transparency I bought a DMX controller but it was for someone else and they gave me the money 😂 Last purchase that made a real difference, by berg cn212, opened up a lot more potential in my amp and tone 😃👍🏻
