I can honestly say I had as close to a religious experience yesterday as I'll ever get. Marcus Miller was amazing. As expected he played a lot off the new album, but it was my first time seeing him live and he was truly awesome! So glad I got to see him and so close.. Chic were great ( but clashed with MM so no competition for viewing!),Courtney Pine and the Soul Rebels were amazing and Charles Bradley was an unexpected surprise..great little festival.....

Any word from Mr Turner Kevin, I know he's on tour....

I'm going! Can't wait to see Marcus Miller and Chic (don't judge me!) Not going on the Sunday but I saw the Brand New Heavies last month in Ipswich and they were very good, great gig!

Afternoon All, I'm rubbish at transcribing songs... and I need to try and learn Midnight at the Oasis ... Do any of you guys play it and have it transcribed anywhere... I'd be incredibly grateful!! As a side note I thought there was a book of BNH songs published by bassline publishing but can't seem to find it anywhere online?? Anyone have a copy? Cheers...
