    I'd love to buy this...but I don't play the 4 string basses I have and I've got some nice ones. My fellow BCers are failing me by not buying this and leaving it for me to lust after. So if I do end up buying it I'M BLAMING YOU LOT!!

    I have a friend - an only child - who moves from one hobby to the next without any concern for the expense. Golf, RC cars, bicycle, mopeds, his Subaru - threw money at all of them. Another mutual friend described him by saying "Stewart isn't happy with a hobby unless he can throw money at it".

    IIRC there was a similar thread recently - again I think it was about Amazon supplied strings. Seems to be becoming more common. Hope whoever is responsible gets their come-uppance.

    Good video... Great tone and Christian held it together with a good simple riff (without overplaying). Anybody know where the drummer lives? I'm going to kidnap him!!!

    I acquired a 6 string Spector a few days ago (Thanks @Tjhooker) and felt I needed to start at the beginning with some basic lessons. Found this on YT - really helpful for the beginner.

    Yep, Sire another of the new fandangle modern range of basses build to an incredibly high standard and sold for virtually nothing. I wish they'd been built like this when I started playing. Oh, and BTW I have no issues with the shape of the headstock.

    Brunt force and ignorance!! Force on the next size up key and throw the nut away once off. Alternatively you could try the next size down and Araldite.
