Love the fretboard timber...amazing figuring. One possible criticism could be that because you've chosen beautiful timbers for both neck and body they may compete for what to look at. Nice problem to have though.

I couldn't say that any band is my favourite of all time two days on the trot. My taste in music is pretty diverse which I think is a bonus, being able to enjoy music from different genres at different times. I appreciate that The Beatles were a great band and probably did change music but this is something that could be said of many other artists too. That's the beauty of music.

Whenever I change strings I can't find anyone to take them so they usually end up in the bin. Maybe pin these threads.

I haven't had any issues with any of the three basses @Andyjr1515converted to magnets for me. He installs enough to make it safe.

Ashdown I got in contact with them to repair my Trace Elliot when my local tech guy couldn't get the required parts. Not only did they do the job for the price of parts, they paid for the courier. You can now send them your Trace Elliot Amps for repair as a normal service.

I know that I will get agreement from all owners of AJR basses. All bass manufacturers...install electronics covers with magnets rather than screws. Makes access soooo much easier.
