  1. Wow....the depth of the shine on this is immense. The grain really has come out. Nice work Andrew...
  2. Wintertime blues - John Hiatt
  3. I find it helps with reducing unwanted noise, clearing up hiss, finger noise and bumm notes. As @grandad says "thickens up the tone a bit".
  4. I had this same fitting on my Ritter Cora - the cable/ jack are not a problem when playing the bass on your knee.
  5. Red Red wine - Neil Diamond
  6. Hey little girl - Icehouse
  7. Smells like teen spirit - Nirvana/ Paul Anka
  8. Only 16 - Jackie Wilson
  9. Of course you are....😉😉 Personally I have so many basses to protect jobs in upcoming Economies.
  10. Nine Million bicycles - Katie Melua
  11. HB still have a reputation of being "cheap" - won't be long before this becomes "VFM/ inexpensive". Seems they're getting a reputation for producing well priced gear...
  12. Jump - Van Halen
  13. Ooooo...nice... Have a bump..
  14. Crazy - Patsy Cline
  15. Get outta my dreams, and into my car - Billy Ocean
  16. Brass in pocket - The Pretenders
  17. Levi Stubb's tears - Billy Bragg
  18. Mahalo?? I had one but sent it back as there were so many issues with it. I, too, thought about experimenting with it but decided against it after realising, like you, I lacked the tools and skills. Be interested to see how this turns out.
  19. Life in Tokyo - Japan
  20. Sold Johna a Chorus pedal - timing is perfect as Shalla is about to generate a very expensive Vet bill...all part of the price of love... Johna paid before I'd even packed the pedal - absolutely problem free transaction from his end - just hope I perform my part as well... Trade with confidence...
  21. Got one (without the horrid gash to the neck) - great basses - TBH I think this is underpriced...
  22. So what - Miles Davis
  23. I just bought a Sire V3 5er - looks great, sounds very nice - but suffers from the worst neck dive of any bass I've ever played. Short of handing it over to somebody like @Andyjr1515 for a chambering job any advice for dealing with this? I don't think lightweight tuners will make much difference TBH.
