  3. I knew that...I would have heard it..🤣🤣 GLWTS
  4. I'd like to see him prove this is from the 80s https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1980s-Vintage-Air-Guitar/264451163959?hash=item3d92848737:g:pi0AAOSwRaJdbShL

  6. So it was you keeping me awake the other night....
  7. 1200 Trace Elliot watts??? £375?? Bet this wasn't turned up full very often... Calculator says that's 31p per (Trace Elliot) watt. People would have dreamed about his years ago.
  8. £50??? If I didn't know better I'd suggest it was stolen...it clearly is a steal already. GLWTS
  9. Here's the spec https://thebassgallery.com/products/ebs-proline-211
  10. Agree..Bernard is a great fella to trade with. Can also agree what a fine (clearly under-rated) piece of kit this is...doesn't feel like 13kg. Somebody is getting a steal...GLWTS
  11. I, too, had one of these back in the day. My first "proper" amp. I had this with 2 Marshall 4x10 (my back is hurting just writing this!!) Can't tell you what I bought and sold it for....I'd be a laughing stock. GLWTS
  12. This would look amazing with an off white scratchplate... GLWTS
  13. The one you sold me??? I can confirm what a "lovely thing" it was...I was far too precious with it... GLWTS
  14. I'd like to find one of these with a broken headstock which could be converted to a headless set up. Don't suppose you have any Grandchildren who could be let loose in your music room??
  15. I have one in black - surprisingly good bass for the money. Up there with any entry level basses IMO. Just wish that "cheap" basses were this good when I started playing. GLWTS
  16. Do you think I should be worried about this seller?

  18. For anybody who ever doubted his genius
  19. When I was younger, music was a huge factor in my life - get up in the morning put some music on, worked in places where the radio was always on, when I got home from work, putting some music on was my first priority - rarely used to put the TV on. Now it seems the only time I regularly listen to music is in the car or on YouTube in reception at work. Now when I get home from work I rarely listen to music. Fact is, for me, music isn't as important as it once was - there is very little "modern" stuff that I actually like, and that I do listen to is far from "mainstream". Put on something that currently in the charts I wouldn't have a clue who it is. I love finding "old school" that I haven't heard before. So I listen to less music and limit the genres. In fact, I'd say "I've lost the love".... Anybody else???
  20. I played one back in the 80s...loved it. Stopped playing at the beginning of the 90s. When I started playing again I bought a Pro, sold it then some time later bought a Custom. I didn't get on with either - wouldn't want to have taken the hit from buying a new one. There are many other great UK based luthiers - worth checking out their wares if you don't want to wait. If your heart is set on one built to your spec, then you'll have to part with the requisite pictures of the Queen and wait....
  21. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LEMMY-Caricature-MOTORHEAD-Ace-Of-Spades-3D-EMBLEM-UNUSED/274432342310?hash=item3fe5713926:g:5l8AAOSwChteK3SI
  22. Serious contender for Best Neck I've ever played was on my ACG Harlot (currently for sale here). Loved the asymmetric shape and silky smooth finish. That Mr Crigean certainly knows what he's doing... This said, I still think the necks on the Bass Collection Nanyo 4 have the nicest and easiest necks to play on any mass produced bass.
  23. Didn't you prove Mahogany over Maple preference at one of the Herts Bass Bashes?
